The only redeeming quality about this property is the price. Pictures of the room look better than the actual room room. Massage chair in the room was broken and did not work, The speaker on the TV was broken, and the area where you park your car covered in cobwebs. I booked and stayed at this motel because there were no other options available in town. Unless you and your significant other needs a place for a quickie, I would avoid this motel.
Why is there a massage chair that doesn't work and has no power cord? Why doesn't the charger work? It's not cozy with a draft; I wish the floor temperature was a bit higher... The bathroom is cold...
There is no place to hang and store my outerwear, and it's difficult to meet staff at the front desk for assistance. The bedding seems to have been recently changed, but it didn't smell good. The hotel I intended to book was fully booked, so I used this as a backup option, and while it was cheap, I was disappointed.
I was very uncomfortable because I was worried about insects coming out. There was a lot of mold on the silicone in the bathroom, and the towels and blankets were too old and worn out. The towels probably need to be replaced. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

When I first called, I mentioned that I had made a reservation through Agoda. You didn't seem to know much and reserved a special twin room, but you didn’t ask for the user number and told me the check-in time too late, which was frustrating. However, after all the twists and turns, when I came in, it was clean and nice again. I think it would be good if you could be a bit more polite to others.
