Thank you for making an unforgettable wedding trip”
We were staying at Miss Sophie's hotel with our parents. Each room was designed differently and it was amazing! The staff prepared in every room a surprise box with champagne and some snacks ( without extra charge), it was a very nice surprise. I've never seen such a special design in the hotels, amazing! We came for our wedding to Prague and this hotel was such a perfect choice. The day before our wedding we've received a beautiful flowers bucket, I did not stop to smile for the hole day. Every day the staff leaved in our room hand write notes, it made us feel very special, thank you for that. Food: every morning we eat branch in the Miss Sophie's hostel, allocated just in front of the hotel, it was really delicious. It's really recommend to have the breakfast there if you are staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, they helped us to reserve place in some restaurants and to order a reliable taxi ( be careful with taxi drivers in Prague). Room: beside the special design the bed is very comfortable, very nice bathroom and very clean! Oh, almost forgot, a lot of pillows! Thank you very much, Miss Sophie's hotel's staff, we really enjoyed our staying at your hotel and would certainly come back. Sincerely, Alona and Gilad
Stylish room in an accessible location. Fantastic and helpful staff available at all times.”
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Old Town. The metro and tram are easily accessible and easy to use. You can purchase tickets from the staff at the hotel for both, but don't forget to get your tickets validated. Breakfast is available as either a buffet or brunch(cooked) from Miss Sophie's Hostel across the road. This is not included in the price of the hotel and can be booked on the day. The food is lovely and can set you up for a good days sightseeing. The rooms are fully equipped with all amenities, including a safe which you set with your personal code. Apart from the bed being a bit hard, the room was lovely. The staff were amazing, friendly and there to help with anything. I would definitely recommend Miss Sophie's Hotel.
Comfy , well- designed hotel with a super - chilled vibe.”
My wife and I stayed at Miss Sophie's for 5 nights while on short European holiday ( we're from South Africa) The hotel provided everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful and , fresh coffee and food are available at Sophie's hostel across the road. The room was really nicely designed and well thought out. I highly recommend Miss Sophie's for a no-fuss experience.
We will be back”
If you are looking for a 'chain hotel' experience this is not for you . But if you are looking for a unique, bijou, quirky, friendly hotel with a family-run feel, then Miss Sophies is the hotel for you. The rooms were light and airy, good size and clean. Whilst breakfast was across the road in the 'Miss Sophies cafe' this is not an issue and this slight inconvenience was more than made up by the friendliness and the cosiness of the cafe. And the breakfast was really good value. We had thought before arriving that we may visit other cafes for breakfast, but not after our first breakfast. All the staff in the hotel were extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Prague / Praha
Modern, Central & Great Service”
We initially booked a hostel room in Old Town, and quickly realized this was a mistake. Miss Sophie's is centrally located, yet tucked away from the hoards of tourists that pack Old Town square. Great location that is close to the Red Metro line. Amazing service - friendly desk staff and breakfast staff. Would recommend to anyone!
Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Central Location”
My husband and I were in awe when we stepped into Miss Sophie's Hotel. It is situated in an old building but the interior is just....wow. They only had about 16 rooms in total and we were lucky to be able to secure a room during the peak period. The hotel's location is very convenient to travel about. Only 3mins walk to the tram stop that travels to the major tourist attractions. They even sell the tram tickets, so no worries on any trouble finding the tickets. And super convenient to get from the airport to the hotel via train (station is only 5mins away). On top of that, the hotel staff were really helpful in providing tips and suggestions on where to visit and which is the best route to take. The rooms were very beautifully decorated and clean.
Everything about this hotel the staff the room the decorating though, Dacians the food every detail was fantastic I must’ve recommendation five star incredible value. When we’re back in Prague I will stay at Miss Sophia’s again
Lovely place to stay, stylish and charming! ”
Charming and stylish environment with all the modern amenities (great WiFi). The room was beautifully decorated and included a cute welcome package for our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - far enough away from the main tourist hustle and bustle, but within close walking distance to everything you need to see in Prague. Highly recommend a stay here, and we will look for other properties in our travels elsewhere as well.
The location in Prague 2 was good: It takes 20 minutes to walk to old town. We enjoyed the amenities. We did wish that we could have had English subtitles on the TV since all channels are in Czech. We came in winter, so do not know about air conditioning.
Nice little hotel ”
We stayed couple of nights in this cozy, cute, little hotel. It was a bit far from shopping centre but there were lots of smaller stores to buy snacks etc. We used uber but there was also pretty great public transportation. Maybe we dare use it next time :-) There was also this very nice outdoor space on the "back yard" where was nice atmosphere to chill in the evenings. Also the lady in the breakfast was very sweet and we didn't missed our own mama even once since she was so lovely making us breakfast. We definitely recommend the "warm breakfast" next door across the street in Sophie's Hostel.
Enjoyed our stay at Miss Sophies”
This is a small, boutique type hotel with stylish shabby chic rooms. The room was small, buy well appointed with really nice touches including a comfy king size bed and rain shower in the bathroom. The complimentary gift basket with a personal note was a nice touch. They run a hostel across the street where they offer an inexpensive hot or cold breakfast to purchase. The staff (and most of the clientele) is young and they are super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also a less touristy and trendy one with lots of good restaurants and cafes, but also close and walkable to the old town. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
A charming place! Receptionist was excellent and gave us great local tips. The hotel room was above expectations - shower had excellent hot water during winter, beds were comfortable, complimentary snacks and drinks were provided and we especially loved the motion sensor heating and lighting system! Overall a great stay even though it was further from the old town tourist spots. Highly recommend this to travellers!
Nice ambiance and breakfast is good. Also good is the location in the "New Town", if you want to escape wall-to-wall tourists, but is about about a 20 minute walk or a tram ride to the main action. A couple of good craft beer joints nearby. No laundry or dry cleaning facilities, which is surprising and inconvenient.
Excellent hotel for people who are looking for something a bit special”
We really enjoyed our stay at the MSH. It was clear, the rooms were very unique and the team were extremely friendly. The hotel is not located in the tourist old town but is still in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, giving sound advise. The breakfast, although not included in our rate, was quite good.
Lovely hotel with value”
The location of the hotel is at least 20mins walk from hln station with hills, so with luggage, it'll be quite hard to walk from the station. The staff at the hotel reception was extremely nice and friendly. The room was cosy and modern styled. It was clean and bathroom was spacious. The price was cheap considering the room and service. We paid to have breakfast, and it was very nice with yogurt, various cereals, fruits, vegies, juices, bread rolls, slices, cheese, cold meat and coffee! Overall, very satisfying stay!
Vacation in Prague”
My girlfriend and I stayed at Miss Sophie's for 5 nights. Pretty good value. Beautiful rooms. Clean. Decent location. Staff were not very helpful.
Quiet and good location ”
Hotel is away from the main road hence its quiet but accessible to all major places in Prague on foot. Room was alright. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing was that housekeeping was done rather late. We went out for a short walk and came back to rest at around 2ish pm and the room was not done. Our room did not include breakfast but we did wanted to try so we had a look and it was very simple and not much variety. I would suggest skipping the breakfast and just go for the room instead.
Nice place with convenient location”
Having the hostel across the street was very handy - the hostel's happy hour was nice and the breakfast was a not-bad deal. It's an easy walk to the subway and tram stops, and the hotel/hostel staff will sell you transit passes. The hotel is small but fine. The staff was very helpful.
Miss sophie is great.”
Location is great, next to 2 tram stations and metro. Many restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Also the design of the hotel is very special. The price was low for a hotel this good.
Wonderful staff, welcome basket, super cute and clean room. Easy walk to old town and close to transit. A little tricky to find at first but it is actually a really convienent location
