"Second time staying here 4 years apart & I wasn’t disappointed. Staff are incredible, location is safe & perfect. Close to the Castro & to great food places and bars. Only small note is that the walls are quiet thin but they do supply earplugs and to be honest it wasn’t an issue at all for me. My place of preference to stay when visiting San Francisco. Love it! "
