The deluxe room is decent and clean. A bit smallish as we are cramped to perform prayers in the room. Location wise is superb. Only 2 lifts but working well. Breakfast variety was great. Swimming pool is quite large, just to beware of the kids because you have to walk pass the inner road there could be cars passing by. We went there during CNY but Ayer Keroh is not congested unlike Melaka City Centre. It is next to McD and Petronas, MITC is walking distance. Mydin is 1-min drive where you can find all the eateries and shopping. To me, worth the money paid.

Convenient location, access to food and value for money”
Convenient location, access to food and value for money. Located along the Food City, you will never go hungry when staying at MITC Hotel. It is surrounded by food outlets. In-house Asahan Coffee Bar offers delicious local and Western food. Even room service food is good. The hotel is super clean, and everything is sanitised, even the remote controls for TV and air conditioning. They even sanitise the forks, spoons and knives at the restaurants. Location is next to MITC covention hall and other amenities. Easy access to highways.

Overall satisfied. Only swimming pool have no playground anymore. In the picture can see the playground there. Breakfast have many choices of food. Easy check in and check out. It was a good stay for a few days. Had some events to attend on the other side of the road and it is convenient to walk over! Near macdonald too. Got a connected room for the family, and it is convenient for everyone. Bed & room was comfortable, view was not bad and toilet is okay too! Staff were helpful & friendly. Reasonable Priced Hotel Room”
MITC is conveniently located in Air Keroh. I stayed here for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and I liked the fact that there were many plugs around. Oranges were also provided as a festival gesture. On the downside, I had issues with the toilet as the bidet and WC were leaking. The placement of the faucet for the bidet was under the sink, which made reaching out difficult, and uncomfortable. The selection for breakfast could be further improved. In addition, paying so much for breakfast (RM40.00 for an adult) is steep; considering the selection offered. In a nutshell, these few setbacks should be further improved for a more pleasant and memorable stay at MITC.

Just a quick rest for about 5hours after long drive. Mitc allow me for early checkin at 11am without any additional charge. and we checkout at 4pm on same day.

The service from the hotel is great and the staff whom i requested for the receipt/invoice after 1 month of stay due to lost of invoice, is very helpful and friendly. She even call back again to confirm that i received the receipt after she send in less than 1 minute. This is great and excellent customer service! The hotel interior is quite inpressive as compare to the price paid and clean as well. Pool just nica for young children with limited space during peak season
