Located in the Ginza district, one of Tokyo’s most stylish neighborhoods, the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier is a showcase of architecture, interior design, and service. As the only high-rise building in the area, guestrooms command stunning views of the night skyline, and its central location is ideal for shoppers and tourists alike. It’s a short walk to the strip of nearby upscale shops or to the subway line that connects to the entire city. Great location - 4 stations nearby”
Great location, there are 4 major stations within vicinity (about 10 mins walk) - Ginza, Higashi Ginza, Shimbashi and Shiodome station. Also very close by to Ginza main street. The room has great Tokyo view. Clean and good layout. Really enjoyed our 3 nights stays there. Staff was very helpful. Easy check-in and check out.
Walking distance to Tokyo station ”
Just few mins to metro Ginza line and walking distance to Tokyo station. Clean and modern but unlike other Mitsui Garden hotels, there is no bath salt provided. Staffs are nice and there is a public bath.
Great location, very near to Shimbashi station which connects to multiple lines. Lawson conveniently located on the ground floor and 24hr Don Quijote just directly opposite. Rooms are comfortable but pillows are paper thin
"Dear Effendy Thank you so much for taking the time to evaluate our hotel and sharing generous feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back when your plans return you to Tokyo. Best regards, Front Office Manger"
Great location, Good breakfast and superb staffs’ service”
Location in Ginza, prime area for business and shopping district also come with price to pay. If you are looking for some place nice in Ginza area and not so clouded this is the place. Room space is a little bit small as the same japanese hotel do but it equipped with high technology facility. They should have some more hanger for the coat and that’s all my comment. Enjoy your Tokyo.
Thank you for your detailed feedback and review. We are very happy to read you enjoyed your stay with us and also enjoyed Ginza. Our location is conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo with lots of options to explore. We would like to thank you for your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again in the future. Best regards, Front Office Manager
Mitsui Garden was great! Very nice room, spacious, well kept, staff was lovely. The city view is awesome. The only downside is if you are on a floor that is nonsmoking but directly below the smoking floor, the smell of the smoking floor comes into your room. Great live jazz in the bar at night! The staff was happy to hold our luggage for the day following our check out.
"Dear Amanda Thank you for your fantastic review. It's such a joy to read that you enjoyed every minute of your stay. Our team members make sure to make every stay an enjoyable one. We will be sure to let the staff know of your kind remarks. We are so happy to have been a part of your stay and we hope to welcome you back soon. Best regards, Front Office Manager"
Comfortable modern hotel in the heart of the Ginza district.”
This hotel is very convenient to much of central Tokyo. The Ginza area was very cool, lots of high end shopping and some fancy restaurants but if you look in the side streets there are plenty of cheaper friendly local restaurants.and bars. The Mitsui Garden had super comfy beds and very clean bathroom with wonderful views across Tokyo. Breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke some English which was very helpful. The staff were very polite and attentive, making sure that our questions were all addressed and solved. They all took time, without rushing. The area is very safe and close to the train station. There is also a taxi rank outside the hotel.
The corner room we stayed with the view was very nice and compared to other prices around the area it was worth it. However for the price we paid £270 per night I would also expect room service and late dinner options. Latest orders for dinner is at 10pm. We also paid for breakfast which was £20 pp and again it was good, but not as good for the price. You should try the french toast with the apple, not Japanese but still very tasty! The last thing we tried was the massage in the room. There were two adorable Japanese older ladies who came in who didn’t speak a word of English. This was a very interesting experience and worth it after coming from Mount Fuji!
Very enjoyable to stay in this hotel! Totally stayed 6 nights in here. Location is a little bit far from MRT which means good for us: we don’t like the staying area too complicated. One small thing I need to complain is: my son is super allergy to dust, he coughed few times during our stays
"Dear Hwai We greatly appreciate your generous comments and thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience at our hotel. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We are sorry that we could not help for his allergy during stay. We hope that you will come back and give us another chance in the future.then would like you to experience good memories. We look forward to seeing you near future. business in japan”
it was my second time at the hotel, and i surely will be back. Location is excellent next to Ginza main road. Hotel is a cool boutique hotel with very beautiful city views from rooms. staff is very good and very friendly and they have a very nice bar on the 16th floor. great for business but also for leisure. Room a bit small tough, but this is not uncommon in japan.
"Dear maurizio Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our property. We greatly appreciate your kind words for not only location but also for staff. It will be our pleasure to share your generous comments with them. We are looking forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Best regards, Front Office Manager"
Location was convenient. Abt 7-10 mins walk from shimbashi JR station. And 10 mins walk to reach Uniqlo Ginza. Airport limousine to Narita Airport is behind the hotel. Clean with sufficient amenities. Only issue is the room is slightly tight with 2 big luggages and children
"Dear Anisa Thank you for your detailed feedback and review. We are very happy to read you enjoyed your stay with us and also enjoyed Ginza. Our location is conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo with lots of options to explore. We would like to thank you for your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again in the future. I would recommend for some things and not for others.”
Pros. Very central near Ginza Very pleasant and helpful staff Excellent bathroom and facilities. Cons. Rooms VERY small for 2 people, OK if on your own. Breakfast not very good for Westerners. Very limited and most of the 'Hot' food was only just warm. Hardly any fresh fruit. Just one small bowl of cut pineapple and some tired looking apple with skin on. I am glad it was included in our deal otherwise certainly not worth paying for. The room where breakfast is held has a good view as on 16th floor, but very shabby.
Thank you for reviewing Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier. We are thrilled to hear about your overall experience. However we are sorry that you felt dissapointed about breakfast. We will share this review to improve our survice. We look forward to welcoming you back when your plans return you to Tokyo. Front Office Manager
Pros:clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location. Con : You have to commute to other areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku and if you plan to experience the night life in this 2 areas then you have to take a cab which can be a bit pricey as no subway service after midnight . Over all I highly recommend this hotel.
Dear Abdulmonem Thank you so much for your 100 review,We are delighted to know that you had a positive experience. We hope you will join us again soon for another outstanding stay! Best regards, Front Office Manager
Clean, beautiful hotel, staffs are very nice and helpful. Location, less than 10 minutes walk to JR station or shopping zone. There are 24 hrs convenience stores & Donki 激安殿堂 nearby makes it even better.

5 thumbs up and will definitely return ”
Hotel is in a prime location in Ginza. Walking distance to the high end shopping district and Don Quijote (must-visit discount chain); minutes to Ginza and Shimbashi subway and JR line; close proximity to many excellent restaurants, including to die for Ginza Kagari ramen and Tsukiji sushiko at the Tsukiji outer market. Staff were exceptional! We stayed for 10 days and everyone of them made us feel welcome and at home. They were polite; humble; took pride in everything they do and hospitable. Housekeeping was impeccable, we believed they changed our sheets and pillow cases everyday. Room is small but very functional; well appointed with an amazing view. Very quiet and we barely noticed any noise even though we have neighbors. Airport limousine from T1 comes directly to the hotel and the concierge personally sees to it that we got on to the limousine on time. Tried the breakfast buffet on the last day and it had a wonderful selection enough to sustain us to our next airplane food:)

Quieter spot in Tokyo”
Really great if you're staying in Ginza, hotel starts on floor 16, so you'll get some kind of view with your room (we got a view rainbow bridge from our room on floor 20, which was great). Nice large washroom by Tokyo standards. Room is average sized (again by Tokyo standards where everything is generally small). Very clean/chic hotel. Just a few blocks from the main Ginza drag. A bit further from subway stations though, so not the most convenient from that. The hotel was too expensive for us to eat at, and unfortunately there was no pool, a hotel like this is really begging for a pool with a view! Internet was slow in our room, the hotel was super accommodating and brought us our access point to use within our room, which is service I have never had at any hotel before! Kudos to the hotel.
"Dear Ashkan We greatly appreciate your generous comments and thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience at our hotel. We look forward to being your host again in the very near future. Best regards, Front Office Manager"
nice hotel in great location!”
Very small room, but everything was there, Shisheido products in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good for Asian people, less good for western people. Coctails in the KarinBar were expensive. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to Metro Station, close to City(-shopping)-Center.
"Dear Monika Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our property. Thank you for wonderful compliments about hotel location and our service. We are thrilled you enjoyed your time with us. We look forward to your next stay. Best regards, Front Office Manager"
Location and hospitality”
It was last minute to reserve the room, quite overpriced but there was no choice only to stay here. This was the second time to stay here at Mitsui garden ginza premier no doubt staffs were so nice and everything was on time , so clean . Ginza six is just around the corner. You can go to Don Quiote in front of the hotel
"Dear eunyoung Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our property. Thank you for wonderful compliments about our service. We are thrilled you enjoyed your time with us. We look forward to your next stay. Best regards, Front Office Manager"
Nothing beats the hotel's perfection.”
Nothing beats the hotel's perfection. The location is awesome. Easy to reach. It is in the downtown area.. The staff are friendly and nice. The service is amazing. But they do not offer breakfast on this site. I would stay at this hotel again
"Dear Sondang Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our property. We greatly appreciate your kind words about our staff. It will be our pleasure to share your generous comments with them. We are looking forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Best regards, Front Office Manager"
Business travel and stay for 3 nights. Price is on the high side, believe it is normal in Tokyo with bigger room size. Airport limousine (Narita) directly drop off you in front of the hotel and return ticket can purchase from hotel with same price (3100yen) but early booking is required for prevent over book and they will help you to bring down your lagguge from the lobby to limousine. And they do have handy phone in room for you to use (free Internet hot-spot if you know how to use it). I will suggest the hotel to provide bigger ironing board.
