Design of the hotel itself is simple, modern, and feels expensive. I like that the entrance always smells so nice and the lobby on 15th floor offers city view and just looks stylish. There is public onsen on the top floor, if you take elevator you will find many people walking with their pajamas to/from onsen. So good after long day traveling, or if you just want to spend a nice staycation. Breakfast from the hotel restaurant is good and has many options. And the customer service is awesome. The staffs can speak english and they were friendly to my family who just came to Japan. You can call taxi from the lobby and the staff would go with you to the pick-up place at the back of hotel, you’re being taken care of until you leave. The only downside is that elevators tend to be crowded because lobby and onsen are on the top floor. I booked a room for 3 people and the space is a little narrow for walking and packing/unpacking. But rooms in japan are comparatively small anyway, so it’s acceptable! Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from JR Gotanda station, nearby area have Lawson, 7-11, and a super market, and lot of restaurants, which is very convenient . Every facility and room in this hotel is good, very clean and decent. The staff here are well trained, it makes you feel at home, feels a bit barrier when communicating with English, but the staff tried their best and everything works perfect. The public bath at 16th floor is a MUST TRY for experiencing Japanese bath culture. The breakfast is fine, everything there is fresh and delicious.

An excellent hotel with an amazing onsen”
I would rate everything in this hotel 5 stars except the breakfast. I paid RM50 extra for the children and there wasn’t much choices. They had rice, sausages and miso soup. Hope breakfast can improve in future. Location is v convenient for us: Gotanda station is 3 stops from Shibuya.

Hotel was nice and clean, we got the comfort room which was slightly bigger than standard japan rooms. Hotel came with a public bath and coin laundry room and vending machines. Located along Yamanote line which was convenient to travel around Japan. Around 3 minutes walk to hotel there is an elevator to the station.

Great Location”
The hotel is at a good central location very near to Gotanda JR station, with the option to take the escalator in the nearby Tokyu Store to the station. Good food options and many convenience stores nearby. The rooms are more spacious than average, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen facilities are great at the end of the day especially in the cold weather. Would love to visit again!

Excellent Staff and Breakfast !”
My wife and I enjoyed everything about the hotel. Everything was new and well designed. There is one small thing that I would change: the bathtub. For me it was not stable - it gave under my weight - so I could not take a standing shower. On the other hand, the sitting shower was made nice by the excellent temperature control of the faucet and long hose. I wanted a larger room - I believe ours was the smallest double bed room - but they were sold out, so I can’t fault the tight quarters. All of the staff were excellent and went out of their way to fulfill our requests. The front desk staff were amazing. They actually escorted us downstairs to the parking lot to introduce us to our driver every time we requested a taxi. We felt like VIPs ! We are returning to Tokyo soon and we hope they have a larger room for us ! SUBARASHII !

This was a AWESOME HOTEL! The views are spectacular. There’s a onsen with an outdoor space that has a beautiful view of Tokyo and it’s a 4 minute walk to the JR Yama it’s like that connects you to all the main sites. Really a fabulous stay!

Nice room and hotel facilities. The only issue is getting there is a bit difficult if you have heavy luggage. You need to walk up and down a long set of stairs after you exit from the station.

Perfect facility for staycation”
This hotel is perfect for staycation or weekend short escape, especially if you're a couple traveller. All facilities are great and well maintain. Room is very clean and neat, if not quite spacy. There is a modern public bath on the rooftop. For male, it has an outdoor bath too. Good food in the restaurant as well although a bit pricy. We really enjoy our short staycation here. We'll definitely return again!

Spacious room with affordable price”
I stayed at twin beds room. It was spacious compared to other Japanese business hotel room. We can open our carry case widely in the room. The location was also good. There are stairs when going from Gotanda station to the hotel, I needed to carry my suitcase up. The room was clean and we loved it.

Super friendly staff. Always ready to help and assist you with any issue. Their facilities are beyond amazing. We had an amazing breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. Very close to food stores and train station. We travel with a toddler this time and they set up the room ahead of time with a baby crib. Always a go to hotel when ever we visit Japan and will be visiting again in March 2020.
