Nice and convenient hotel ”
The hotel is conveniently located and near to the Omicho Market. 3 bus stops away from Korakuen and the Castle Park. 2 stops away from Kanazawa Station. Possible to walk too. About 10 mins. A few stops from Higashi Chaya too. Friendly staff who tried to show us the route abs timing for the buses to the places of interest. Nice onsen too.

The rooms are large by Japan standard (but small as compared to other destinations). Nonetheless, they are perfect for couples. We are a family of 4, so we had to have 2 rooms. I don't think that I've experienced this standard of cleanliness before in an hotel room and I am the kind of person who look for and notice details. Locations: Short walk to Omicho market, Some very cozy restaurants near the hotel, 20 mins walk to the, not to be missed, Kenroku-en garden and the samurai district and a very reasonable fare using a taxi from the train station to the hotel if you have luggage, if not, an easy 25 mins walk. The breakfast buffet in the hotel's restaurant is very good (mainly Japanese choices with a few Western options). the view of the small garden from the restaurant is very relaxing. The dedication and helpfulness of the staffs are what will bring us back to this hotel and Kanazawa.

If you like to take a walk, it is possible to walk to some sightseeing spots such as 21 century museum, Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle Park. We stayed 4 nights at the brand new Mitsui Garden Hotel Kanazawa and we were impressed by the design of this hotel from the entrance with a spray of essential oil, and the spectacular lobby to the room with a tasty touch of traditional and contemporary style: very well done! Congratulations! The staff is kind and dedicated. The location is perfect to visit this lovely city. The public onsen in the hotel is mostly appreciated. The only thing we regretted is the absence of quietness when we visited the onsen every night: people were chatting loudly and there were too much noise to taste the pleasure of this experience. My husband had the same comment on his side. Except this point, our stay in this hotel was a bliss.

We loved our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kanazawa! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and included both Japanese and Western style so you can mix things up each morning. Rooms were very clean and very spacious for a Japanese hotel. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of the city. The hotel is in short walking distance from the many tourist attractions.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel”
It's always good to stay in a newly built hotel as you will expect everything is brand new. Surprisingly, there is cordless iron in the room which is a bonus. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. What I love most is the hot spring on the top floor. You can enjoy the view of Kanazawa while you are enjoying the hotspring. Location wise, it is closed to the fish market but a bit far from the Kanazawa JR station. It took me about 18 mins to get there from the station. I will recommend this to my friend.

A nice brand new hotel with complete facilities ”
The location is nice. Not too far from the train station via taxi. There are 2 bus stops on either side of the road and a family mart nearby. The hotel is very clean in all areas and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We love their breakfast buffet especially the salmon, the pork shabu2 and the tea selection. The public bath is a must-try if you stay in this hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to choose this hotel again when we come back to Kanazawa

Very trendy new hotel. Impeccable quality fittings with very friendly and helpful staff. One is greeted by a sense of calm and aromatherapy upon entrance and continues into the room. Loved the ‘public’ bath area although the water was a bit hot for me.
