Very comfortable spacious room with all amenities. Great location in the center and very close to a tram stop. Friendly staff. Good internet. Coin washing machines and beverage dispenser in the hotel. Window. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Would definitely stay there again.

The room is clean, but suitable for one person. Two people and two 25” of luggage are too fit. Bathroom stuff is plenty, I really like it. Enjoy.

Close to sakura machi where the bus terminal is. Convenient to buy grocery and lota of good restaurant in walking distance. A short walk to kumamoto castle. Room is in decent size, clean.

Great place to stay in Kumamoto”
Very easy to get to from Kumamoto Station. Just take tram A (red line) and you will get there with in 10 min, only need to walk 5 mins from the bus stop. Breakfast is also very good and suitable for vegetarian like me. Only suggestion to the hotel will be to upgrade the elevator floor carpet to make it more modern. It is a bit dirty and aged. I know it will take time to do that but it is my honest suggestion.

The room is spacious as compared to other hotel in the similar range. Beds are comfortable. Location is near to Sakuramachi station and Kumamoto Castle, 8-10mins walk.

Mitsui Gardens made our stay in Kumamoto wonderful. The hotel is centrally located to everything we need. Restaurants, coffee shops or drugstores are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staffs are helpful .

We had to change our flights due to COVID19. The reception staff were exceptional in their customer service. Holding on to calls to the airlines for a long time until we got through and speaking on our behalf as we do not speak Japanese. Thank you.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially the parking garage attendant and the front desk. We really appreciated it!! The location is great. There is a tram stop nearby, and there are many restaurants/bars within a 10 minute walk. The rooms have been updated recently, but the bathrooms definitely need to be redone. However, this was reflected in the low price. Our only complaint was the room/bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Thanks again to the truly wonderful staff!
