We are returning patrons but now with two other families. The bedrooms for three adults were quite spacious and the interiors were classy and had a modern vibe. There were sufficient storage and we especially liked the extra hooks for coats. My relatives loved it saying that it is more than a sleep in hotel for tired tourists but a comfortably pleasant place one would like to spend time in and recollect. Kudos to

The hotel space is spacious. 2 beds + 1 sofa bed for 3 pax and still have space to move around. This hotel put in lot of design thoughts, you will be able to hang plenty of clothes around, and there’s an additional door to close at the shower toilet for privacy. Room was clean, it was just 5min walk from Sapporo station, and there are family mart and Lawson nearby too!

Very Good location - from JR Sapporo station or Daimaru department store, walk 3-5mins, just next to Century Royal hotel (same street), family mart & Lawson just next to hotel Good room standard - twin room with a sofa, bed is so comfortable, enough space for luggages, toilet is clean and stylish, speedy hair dryer, inroom including water, coffee begs & tea bags Free coffee & tea at 2nd floor during tea period *Good price compare with many other hotels nearby, I will come back again !

Good location, a few minutes walk to JR station and Sapporo metro station. Hotel is quite new, very clean. Facility is good. I like they have USB port and charging cable with different interfaces. But breakfast is with limited options.

Great Location for short Stay ”
It is a wonderful hotel conveniently located close to Sapporo JR station. There is an underground walkway connecting the station to the hotel but use above ground sidewalk if you have big pieces of luggage as there are about 10 stairs to climb at exit nearest hotel. There are many places to eat shop and sightsee within 5 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Modern and clean hotel with large rooms for 3pax. The cherry on top for a wonderful hotel is the in-house Onsen and laundry facilities. Highly recommend this hotel will definitely stay again.

Perfect location to Sapporo station and to an underway that links to Susukino. Brand new building and well maintained. Public bath is sometimes too crowded but acceptable. Would be even happier if there are some mix/change of breakfast menu for long stay guests.

The staff went to great lengths to help us secure a reservation at a popular crab keisaki resturant Kani-ya! We had an awesome dinner. Another big shout out to the taxi driver who sent us there! He alighted us and waited. As we were about to walk into the restaurant, he came running out after us. And pointed us to the correct one. And bowed as we walked towards it. This is Japan!

The hotel is good but wasn’t happy with one of the staff. Left our luggages with the hotel. When we came back there were a lots of people waiting for check in and the sofas were all occupied. We moved to the lounge area since the lobby were full of guests. While waiting we grab water from the lounge provided for the hotel guests. The staff came and asked us to go since we are no longer a hotel guest. We were all happy with the hotel except for this.
