The location of this hotel is poor even the bus driver also don't know where the hotel is. A bit far from Pantai Cenang and nothing around there.

-we already booked and pay 1 month early..very good arrangement by the owner coz have replacement room when we arrived eventhough room had been full.

Terrible”

It was not good. I booked four rooms but the hotel only prepared two rooms. The reason given was that the agoda only inform them name of the guest and check in date but not the number of room booked.

So far ok.. Justified power point to high only one extra on top of bed. Offcourse one for tv. I am stays four nights no one asking to cleaning the room.

Too bad. Not good at all. Stay in this hotel no water heater no aircon control. Hope they will upgrade their motel room. Which mean upgrade or renovated.

certain rooms do not have the internet access,as the range is too small for a small router, and the room that has had changed for us is quite lack of privacy as outsiders can look into the room through the windows. and the television is quite small.

Better and cheaper hotels available”

The staff were friendly and efficient, however the room was in very poor condition, unusable bathroom, ants in the room coming out of light fittings, location is far out of town, dangerous walk in to town and very hard to get a taxi.

Would never stay here again, dirty room with mice”

Stayed here with a friend for six nights but wouldn't even recomend it for one. The staff were not friendly, when we asked for an extra blanket so we didn't have to share the one they said no in a really rude way. Most of the time the reception was managed by a kid who didnt know much about how anything worked. They never cleaned our room during our whole stay, we had to put the garbage outside our door to get them to throw it away. The last two nights we woke up to find a mouse lurking around by the desk, don't know if it had to do with the lack of cleaning or if it had visited us every night. Would not recomend to stay here and will never come back, you should be able to find a better stay that's clean and closer to the beach.

Superbillig, wo kein Preis da auch keine Leistung. Das Zimmer hat eklig nach Urin gestunken, Roomservice oder sonstiges Personal gibt es nicbt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

1) ランドリーサービスなし。場所を聞いても知らない。 2) ヘアードライヤーなし。 3) 周辺事情など情報不足。 4) WiFiは室内で利用不可。屋外のレセプションの前に行かないと使えない。 5) 掃除は頼めばしてくれるが、基本タオルも交換してない。 6) ランカウイ島はバスサービスがないので宿からはレンタカーを借りないと何処へも行けない。
