The location is amazing - Right next to the beach. Close enough to the party action of Bangla, but far enough away. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I have been using this hotel several times with a good satisfaction. It is right at the Patong Beach but in a quiet place. I really enjoyed walking and swimming in the beach. Everything needed is in a walking distance. The Staff are very friendly with smiles. I experienced their special generosity this time, which I appreciated very much. One good thing is that the rooms are with big glass doors and are not facing with other hotel buildings or rooms right in front your eyes, which gives the feeling of wide free space, not of stuffiness. Also the price is very reasonable considering such nice location right at the beach. I strongly recommend this place to others.

This hotel is very strategic. Its near to beach, near to 7E, Family Mart and many shops and easier to get tuk tuk / taxi. The room is very cleanliness and the staffs are very friendly. For the first night, maybe your sleep will be interrupt with noise from road but another day you it becomes common.

A prime location with everything you need in close proximity, across from the beach and all the shops, Bangla Road within a short walking distance, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was really clean. I booked a sea view room with a balcony on the 4th floor and enjoyed the sea view sitting on the balcony enjoying the sun in the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Made my stay very comfortable. I met Papa G and his team on the Rooftop, amazing people, making me feel very welcome. The Rooftop has a good humble breakfast buffet a Full Bar and sells the finest quality Cannabis at the best prices on the island. Awesome City, Mountain, Tree Top and Sea Views at the Tree House. If your looking for comfort and convenience, great location and friendly staff, this will be ideal value for your money.
