You have to find the promotional video for this property on YouTube. From the refined luxury to the lush landscape, it captures the essence of the villa so much better than the photos. Even the listing does not fully describe how phenomenal the property is. What is described as “free breakfast” is actually a full spread of thick whole grain bread and croissants with a selection of toppings, breakfast cereals, coffee, tea, juices, milk, yogurt, fresh fruits cut into artful designs, sweet and savory Thai treats displayed on tiered servers, AND a hot breakfast of your choice-Thai or American-cooked to order by the chef, all prepared in a separate service kitchen so as not to disturb, on a the patio that is fully set and cleared at a time of your choosing. The level of service is undersold too. From multiple bouquets of fresh flowers through the villa, to a gardener who gently scents the grounds of the lush property with incense at regular intervals through the day, the staff make this a beautiful sensory experience. Everywhere you look is a perfectly manicured greenscape, hanging orchid, or water feature. On a final note, one really has to appreciate the beautiful design of this villa. It is built in a way I have never seen. A rental that was built like a home more than a “passive income property,” but still built thoughtfully with you the guest in mind instead of designed with only the needs of the property owner in mind. Branded toiletries are provided. In the main bedroom we woke in the morning to an outdoor shower amongst tropical plants, but one could elect for an indoor shower too. There is a an outdoor jet pool heated by the sun to a refreshing temperature, or one could prepare a boiling hot soak in the two person jacuzzi in the master bath. One could relax by the pool, but if they got too cool under the leaves of the tall palm trees they could ascend to the second floor patio to take in unobstructed warmth from the sun. Assuming your budget allows, this place is amazing! Beds are comfy, property design is very unique and feels cozy. Breakfasts are incredible. You feel like your at a 5 star hotel buffet line. AMAZING! Beds are extremely comfortable. Pool was highlight for my kids. Probably spent 20 hours in pool in 3 days we were there. : ). Would highly recommend this place.

We went here for around 1 week. The house is very nice and beautifully designed. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the outdoor surroundings in general was amazing. Near by there is a water-park called "Grand canyon". It's only 5 minutes walk from the house and a very cool experience, great for kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. It's a bit outside the city, but if you go just to relax and spent time with friends or family, this place is perfect.

The Best in Chiang Mai”
This is the best place we've stayed in all of our visits to Chiang Mai. If you are looking for a home away from home, this place can't be beat. We spent a Monday through Friday here with our kids and another family and it was incredible. The house and grounds are gorgeous. The pool was a bonus for the kids and the breakfast each morning was awesome. The staff was amazing and was incredibly helpful. All of our needs were taken care of and the staff was also available if we wanted food etc... throughout our stay. Checkin was easy as well. This will be our "go-to" place for all of our future visits to Chiang Mai!!!

This is the best villa we have stayed in whilst in South East Asia. The communication from the hosts has been excellent and they have provided lots of information about things to do in the area. The breakfast is very nice and you could easily spend the whole week in the vila without leaving if you chose to. The vila has everything you need and you are close to the water park as well. A beautiful vila that I would recommend to anyone for peace and quiet and a relaxing break.

I love to travel all over the world and explore new places. I typically stay in hosted facilities. Modern Love Villa was the best place I've stayed in, the food is amazing, and the garden is out of this world. I love nature and enjoyed relaxing outside and listening to the stream in this private tropical jungle. Instead of eating out, I had all my meals here. The staff is the best to work with and so accommodating. They showed me all the best places in town like the elephants, an orchid garden, and a butterfly garden. They drove me everywhere I needed to go. I cannot wait to share this place with my friends and come back again. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is amazing, from the villa to the staff you will feel like you have entered paradise. It is an amazing villa the design is beautiful, it has beautiful waterfalls as well as a modern design. The staff is the real Gem, they make sure to give you the best experience possible, Jaeb made herself available to us and made us feel at home. Beautiful Retreat Villa, great for a group”
We (8 adults) had a great time at the villa. High end accommodations and breakfast with an atmosphere that is so beautiful and relaxing. A little outside of town (15-20 minutes from the airport), but it is definitely a great place and value for the money.

The villa was perfect for what we wanted, decor was traditional Thai, everything was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings of high quality. The swimming pool, gardens and outside seating areas where excellent. A Chef and two staff cooked and served an English breakfast at a time of our choosing and the food was excellent... Perfect.

Nous avions oublié une casquette des enfants qu'ils sont venu nous porter à l'aéroport sans qu'on le demande. ls proposent aussi un service de chauffeur privé que je recommande fortement pour toutes vos visites et déplacements. Ils proposent des activités comme le ferait une agence de voyage mais en mieux comme ce sont des gens de l'endroit. Ils ne vendent rien mais vous guide dans vos choix. Ces gens sont dédiés, attentionnés et fantastiques. Nous voyageons beaucoup et cet endroit se démarque des autres et de loin! BRAVO!
