Location is hard to find, no toiletries provided, not even a bathroom tissue. ”
There's no positive feedback I could give in this hotel. We arrived there and the room wasnt even ready for us. The man went upstairs to straight up the bedroom. The room was so smelly and dirty, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned, stain in the toilet and bathroom floor. Shower head was so black and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever! There was no toiletries provided there.,,Not even a bathroom tissue. I even had to ask the receptionist/housekeeper/buttler to give toiletries as there was none available in there. I told the receptionist that the bathroom was so dirty, he just had a grin on his face. I also told him to waive the 500php extra bed fee as the room is in a bad state. But the next day. The other receptionist who was assigned in that morning asked me for the additional P500. The swimming pool was so dirty, and it looks it hasn't been clean for ages. The floor of the room has got a big stain on it and we can see a lot of molds on the ceiling. There was only 1 person there.

Staff was great. No Wi-Fi There was a tv but no tv channels Except from liquor and water and coffee and tea , there wasn't anything else you could buy to.drink. Breakfast was simple but ok Pool was ok .

"Modern" as in the design but lacking in modern basic amenities”
For the price and the "modernity", I would have expected that they at least have hot and cold shower, simple toiletries such as soap and toothbrush but they had none. The air conditioning unit in the room was also defective as well as the light switch in the bathroom which had no mirror. The place itself is nice, it's relatively new and clean, the pool looks maintained and service is quick and accommodating (we were the only guests at that time). The plated breakfast and coffee was filling & satisfying and served in our room; which was a plus in their customer service, considering the minuses stated above.

shocking I demanded my money back ”
I found this place ,it was close to where I was getting married in Antipolo, my friends flew over from Cebu stayed one night , I had booked for my wedding night. when we all arrived in the evening my friends room had not been made up, he then starts to tell me more, hot dog for breakfast no hot water one man does everything they charge way too much for what they offer the kitchen was not open at 18.00 we complained and eventually got our money back we found a much nicer and all round better place far easier access etc my wife a Filipina was very embarrassed to say the least.

the worst hotel so called resort i have ever stayed in no hot water dirty pool dirty room one young guy in his 20s running the whole place no bar no restaurant food a hot dog offered for breakfast with stewd coffee and no creamer its in the back of noewhere i left early from my stay i went and stayed in another hotel if you paid me to go and stay there again i would refuse tagain i say the worst ever hotel ive ever stayed in

夕食を依頼したらコックがいないということで、ファーストフードを依頼。場所が遠いため、スタッフに交通費を払い1時間後にようやく食事にありつける始末。前日空港までのタクシーを頼んでいたが、当日確認したところ、タクシーがないということで、ホテルアレンジの車に交通費を払い、タクシーがつかまりそうなところで下してもらいようやく捕まえられたが、つかまらなかったら飛行機に乗り遅れていた。シャワーは水のみ。お粗末。これで3つ星をつける理由がわからない。
