“Great value and enough to live.”
We loved this place, had everything for our week in Fukuoka. The kitchen has the basics to cook and water temperature and pressure in the shower were great. A bit of a walk to the closest metro station but nothing terrible. Incredibly quiet neighborhood during the night specially for being that close to the airport.

“They should put a Guest House Name in their Title. Immigration keeps on asking if it is residential”
Though its far from the subway, but worth value of your money. I love the kitchen. And its complete.. thumbs up to the owner

“価格とサービスのバランスが良い”
私は大人3人で利用しました。決め手はなんと言っても価格です。ですので設備に全く期待せずに行ったのですが、クーラー・キッチン・冷蔵庫・テレビ・Wifi完備でかなり綺麗な上にアメニティも充実しており(ケトルやコーヒーまでありました)、大人3人が余裕で寝れられる広さだったのでびっくりしました。ふかふかの布団も気持ち良かったです。また、閑静な住宅街の中だったので夜も静かでよく眠れました。初めてこのようなサイトと宿泊施設を利用するのでおっかなびっくりでしたが、スタッフさんのメール対応がとても丁寧で安心しました。滞在中にケトルが壊れた時も、素早く対応してくださいました。強いて難点を上げるなら、駅から結構遠いところ・シャワーの温度調節が難しかったところでしょうか。ただ私は1メーターも行かない距離だったのでタクシーを利用しましたし、シャワーは慣れれば普通に使えました。部屋の快適さと安さ、またスタッフさんの対応の良さを鑑みれば気になりません。過度な期待は禁物ですが、普通のワンルームの友人宅に転がり込むような感覚で快適に過ごせますので、安さを求める3〜5人のグループ様におすすめです。
