“Enjoyable and enriching stay at the heart of Old Québec”

Our two nights at the Monastère was one of the most pleasant ever. The location is perfect - we are one minute away from the busiest street of Old Québec, nevertheless the hotel is in a rather secluded position that allows for a quiet and calm stay. The setting of the hotel in an old monastery (as well as one of the oldest medical institutions in the country) allowed us to easily access its various guided tours and exhibitions, making the stay educational and spiritually enriching. We also loved the breakfast.

    “Quiet place, was worth it.”

This monastery-turned-hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Quebec city as the hotel itself is also a tourist attraction. This hotel has extensive museum at the first and second floor, and it also provides breakfast. The room was however somewhat small. The shower and toilets were shared with other people, of which I am not a quite fan.
