"The staff is helpful and friendly. They tried their best to help us check in as soon as possible even if we arrived earlier than the checkin time. They also gave us recommendation and helped us with restaurant and transportation booking. The location is good too, just right next to the metro station. One thing can make the experience better is to, offer some basic daily utensils to the room on request, including water kettles and disposable slippers. (I guess it’s most of the practice in eco-green hotels in Europe, but it’d be good if it can be offer on request.)"

"I was alone in a business trip. The hotel is centrally located, 3 min walking to Plaza de Espana metro. The room was big and clean and so was the bathroom (shower and tube). WiFi was working well both in the common areas and in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing for quantity and quality; you can choose among 3 different ways depending how much you want to eat and spend (from all you can eat buffet to coffee/tea and a croissant). Location is super central; you can easily walk to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace and other touristic amenities. Good value for money, overall."
