I prefer to once again to loke stay in mony hostel its like a home stay and a good location to move around singapore and whole night open canteen infront of mony hostel.All staff members are very good like friends and family members and even you can make your food own have to kitchen very good and all things is good .

i can say that this hostel is just average cause i experience a hostel before in SG and i can compare to the other one.. it would be better if they clean the places properly and also the bed is disappointing when i go to the upper deck its moving i cant sleep well. but overall our stay was good will recommend it if your looking for looking for a cheaper hostel.

Place is okay, don't expect much. We booked 3 beds out of six in a single room.”
Hostel staff was okay tried his best to answer our queries and needs even if he can't speak english well. Hostel is near Bendeemer Mrt station maybe 500m walk. Restroom, bathroom and kitchen is for common use. Reception is closed by 11pm so be sure to message the property if you are to arrive late though their backdoor is open which is the one we used when we got there.

I have booking in 24 hotels in different places and this its the most dirty place than never see. The kitchen and the refrigerator is completely dirty. On the room some sheets are dirty.. the bathrooms do not look neat, if I could take pictures I would really put 0 stars on evaluation.

Dirty place, not recommended”
Definitively is a not recommended place. I The bathroom was very dirty. I went to the toilet in the mall because the toilet of the hostel was insanitary. The personal of the hostel did not clean the bathroom, they just threw water for clean. The shower had hair balls during all the days of my stay. The toilet had not toilet paper. The kitchen was too dirty also. The sink was dirty and clogged. There were dirty dishes everywhere. The freezer was very dirty also. They never cleaned the kitchen. There were a lot of boxes and stuffs stacked in the corridor. It was very uncomfortable. I saw a mouse in the terrace. The electric plug in the room did electric shock every time.

High tech hostel with modern furnishings”
I enjoyed my stay at the Moni Gallery Hostel. It is close to the Lavender MRT station and borders Little India. The rooms were spacious, air-conditioned and spotlessly clean. The wireless internet worked well and there was a kitchen where you could drink from a water cooler. There was even a recreation room on the second floor.

Homely and Clean small hotel to stay ”
During my stay in Moni Gallery Hostel, I mostly feel satisfied with all conditions of the hostel. The cleanliness, the location, the service are some conditions to mention. Compared with hotel, this hostel has some advantages, those are home feeling atmosphere for the guest like me so that I can do any activities such as making some food based on my own tastes since pantry is provided, browsing internet easily, etc. I think this hostel is very good place to stay for anybody.

hostel was located close to main street of little india/lavender street where the famous singapore 24hrs mustafa shopping mall is. not too far from train station as well. location is good and easy access to travel around touristy places. vareity of asian cuisine food stall/restraunts around the area with reasonable price.simple breakfast provided etc biscuits,bread toast with jam spread, but not only that you could have it the whole day. cleanliness,interior,service, staff was good hands down! i was expecting some dodgy kind of hostel but moni proof me wrong... keep it up guys! had a pleasant stay there would definitely recommend to others.

wonderful hostel with great arts”
great experience to live in moni gallery hostel in 3 nights! super nice staff n great environment !! the top up part is an entertainment room with a table tennis table!!! great view in the top up n hv a sharp red wall with wonderful painting in the front dest area !!! with providing serval notebooks, it's so great for mo to serach travel information n check the news n email !! great hostel with chealp price!!

Great cozy hostel in the city”
It is certainly the best hostel I have stayed in in Singapore. Everything you need is in the hostel and the staff our nice. I highly recommend Moni Gallery Hostel. 24 hrs free coffee, tea,bread with jams plus free water. Free use of laptops and ipad definitely beat other hostels not to mention the comfy lounges. Nice!

If you are on an adventure in this foreign country and would want to be smart in budgeting your money for your trip, Moni Gallery Hostel is the best place to stay in Singapore. It's located at the heart of the city state. It's very clean, and well maintained. Not to mention the unlimited and 24/7 free breakfast and wifi. Two thumbs up!

Nice and clean place to stay ”
I and my sister arrived at Moni Gallery Hostel from Changi Airport at around midnight (sunday) and at first we were so worried because lights were turned off and we thought we're gonna wait for sunrise before we could check-in but the good news was LATE CHECK-IN is allowed at this small yet comfortable hotel. If you know how to commute in singapore, the hotel is one of the most convenient places to stay. All you have to do is to buy/reload a contactless smart card (e.g EZ Link or NETS, etc...) at mrt stations or more conveniently at 7 eleven stores, top it up with enough credit you need while staying in singapore, then you can hop on and off buses and mrts and enjoy sightseeing places at a cheaper cost. Of course, as much as possible, don't forget to bring a bus map of singapore. If you can't have one, you can see the routes at bus stops or may ask bus drivers for directions upon boarding. In singapore, most bus drivers can speak good english. Another option is to ask the hotel's staff for guided or package tours. Moni Hotel is just one bus-ride to major sights and hotels such as suntec city, botanic gardens (Bukit Timah entrance), orchard road (Ngee Ann City) and most of all, the hotel is close to shopping malls like Mustafa Centre (opens 24/7)and City Square Mall and it is also just few minutes away on foot to Little India (along Serangoon Road) where we can buy cheap souvenirs and eat cheap and good singaporean and malaysian food. If you become tired of walking, no problem, there is a restaurant just across the hotel. To sum things up, we really had a nice and memorable time at this hotel decorated with art works which made it even more relaxing to stay.

The Hotel situation is clean also the price is very good (cheap if Solo Traveler) But last week stay at Moni Gallery Hostel, can't sleep because i same room with the other guys, while the guy snore if sleep soundly Hopefully this weeks can sleep well
