One week stay at Monolocale”
My boyfriend and I stayed for a week here. I booked this hotel because it was brand new. It felt brand new as well. All the furniture and room amenities were new and clean. The bed was super comfy. The decor was also quite nice. The TV had Netflix and YouTube. The only issue I had with the room is there was no door to the toilet. Absolutely no privacy if you are sharing the room with your partner! The staff were so nice and helpful and attentive. We chose to have breakfast outside the hotel because there are so many options for cafes and restaurants in the area.

totally flattered by the humble receptionist, staffs that was very helpful and accomodating. modern furnitures, complete amenities and cutleries. nice location very strategic. the only minus is the daybed area is quite dirty, just need to be cleaned everyday. overall it was a nice stay!

Lovely room and staff , but!!!”
Such a shame because the room is stunning and the staff are lovely but the attention to detail you would expect from paying this price is missing . For example, no bathrobes supplied as listed , instructions for safe were wrong , no pool towels , no hand towels , no flannels , conditioner missing , no coffee pods for espresso machine on 2nd day , no sugar for instant coffee , toilet paper not replenished , no house keeping sign to hang out when room needed cleaning . Of course we could and did ask for many of these things , but I'm afraid it's something you should not have to do when on holiday , such a shame.

Monolocale double suite room ”
The room drainage had issues the whole room would flood after showering, it would usually take an entire day for the water to dry up which was quite bad. Cleanliness of the room could be better , sinks , bidets and furnitures look worn down. The only good part about this is the staff. They were friendly and they are quite helpful. Location wise there are a few cafes outside the resort but still far away from tourist attraction areas and the beach.

Unfortunately this wasn’t a good stay. Definitely not worth the money. While the place looks beautiful on photos, and the price is on higher end, in reality there were severe cleaning issues. The first day we checked in, we found full on lipstick stains on our glasses, hair on bed, dirty napkin under bed, dirty floor and not fully cleaned toilet. Later days, we asked for floating breakfast, but breakfast cups came with coffee stains on them and dirty cutlery. Although staff was kind and tried being helpful, the issues persisted up until the very final night when we found black stains on our sheets. Definitely not recommended.

Best place to stay ”
One of the best place to stay in Bali. Area was nice surrounded by restaurant, shops, and not too far from anywhere. I chose private villa, the room was nice and clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Happy to stay. Will come back.

Comfortable and beautiful. A picturesque villa that is perfect for short getaways with your loved ones. We did not manage to have the food there but the cafe (Este Living) across the street was amazing! Location is not far off from touristy sites but private enough to be away from the bustles. Highly recommended!
