This is a 50 sqm. Floor area. An open space house with loft inside a simple residential subd.

It has two bunk bed (1 double bed and 3 single bed), sofabed(double), and two single floor mattress. We have one ceiling fans and 3 electric fan. We have a refrigerator and small kitchen. Unlimited wifi and free access to Netflix is also available. We have a TV with MXQ Pro Android Tv Box.

It is safe, clean, convenient, decent, spacious and affordable.

You can park one car in front of the house
(Street parking only). This is a simple house perfect for budget travellers for groups, couples or solo traveller.

We entrust our home to you & we expect that you will left it clean and undamage. Please read our house rules & make sure that you agree and comply with our house rules before booking our place. House Rules: 1. Quiet hours starts from 10pm-7am 2. No parties or events (low key drinking is fine) 3. No smoking inside the house 4. No pets allowed 5. Guest should wash the dishes 6. Please throw all your garbage and left over food in the trash can or garbage plastic bag. 7. Do not post or paste any scotch tape or double sided tape on the wall. It will damage the wall paint. 8. Appliances are for house usage only, Do not bring them outside. 9. Lost keys and damaged appliance & furniture will be charge accordingly. Please report immediately if there is any. 10. Have fun & enjoy your stay!

Nice and cozy for group travelers”

We are a group of 9 people who will go hiking in the mountains of Rodriguez. This overnight accommodation is perfect for us. The staff is accommodating. We left some stuff in their place but we were helped by the staff to recover it. Until next time.

What a very great overnight stay I had in this transient home, it is very spacious and can definitely suit your basic needs. Nothing too fancy just a great place to stay for the night, very cozy. Just becareful with the neighbors, if you have a car they are very specific with double parking issues... Some guy almost got a beating. Lol
