The best hotel I have ever stayed in Lombok”
The staffs are amazing!!! very welcoming, helpful, polite and humble, they even offered me to borrow me their vehicle to go to post office.. the receptionist Ms Tyas helped me to purchase the mobile credit, we are allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we were on trip to Gili, the foods were beyond expectation, also the coffee shop there is slectacular, we had iced mocca and cappucino they were the best coffee, room service and the cleanliness is great! the bed is very comfortable, very fast laundry sercice, the hotel located in Senggigi near by to the essential places, money changer, restaurants, pharmacy, bars and Alfa-mart, also just walk 2 mins to the beach. we enjoyed our stay in Montana Hotel and will definitely recomend this hotel for all

I stayed at this hotel in order to vacation with my husband. This is my second time staying here. The service is very satisfying. When we arrived, there was a female reception who greet us by mentioning our name. It’s a simple thing but for guests it’s an extraordinary thing ! Good hospitality ever ! Thanks also to Pak Daniel and staff who warmly welcomed us. The room is very clean and comfortable. But, maybe in the room you need to add a hair dryer :)

After staying at the Sheraton again, this hotel is by far better. Being new, the rooms are of a good size and having Air Conditioners that work well is brilliant. A little noise from other guests at night time but nothing serious. After staying again last December, it was refreshing to see many people staying here this time and also they had conferences which did not interfere with guests. Nice breakfasts and the location of this hotel is excellent. Recommend.

although Senggigi was NOT a very cool neighbourhood (dirty beaches and the city itself) we stayed here bc it was a good location to start the excursion around the island, especially the north- if you are more into beautiful beaches I would recommend to stay at the south side of the island
