I have stayed here in the hotel for 2 nights. Service wise they are excellent. Very prompt and cordial. Whenever I needed any service, they provided in an instant. I had booked for two premium rooms. I traveled with my family which includes my 9 year old kid and Aged Aunt, and my cousin. The main downside of this hotel is entrance, it's steep uphill (close to 4th floor from New Market Road) and if you don't have a car always with you, you're a bit stranded. It's very hectic and rigorous to climb up/down that much for older people or people with kids, not at all recommended. Second is the lights in the room is very poor. They placed the lights in various areas but those are enough to make the rooms cheerful and bright. They need to take care of that stuff. Need to improve the Breakfast buffet. However, there are definitely positive notes as well.The location is walk able from MG Marg. The stuffs are always greeting you with warmth, very prompt, efficient and cordial. Always had hot water available in the room(Geysers were fully functional). Services were prompt. I had requested for the Hair Dryer and the they provided in an instant. So, deciding all these factors, one can choose the hotel.

Worst hotel i have ever seen strongly recommended not to take room in this hotel because hotel staff and manager itself is a egostic and non co operative person and there language to talk I can’t say how worst is that so kindly don’t go there

All things are good but foodwise 0 star Whenever we are calling chef......always same reply ...'chef is busy' For food wise all money waste 3 days stay mai chef ko baat karne ka.time nahi mila....plz give me proper reply otherwose money back....

rooms are not up-to the mark, mg road to hotel road is very stiff and not easily accessible for old age people, no lift, rooms are very old and damp one, carpet also too old.

Good location, just on MG Marg, just an uphill. Decent no frills value for money rooms. Good home made wines brewed available at reception. Excellent stuff. Try the ginger wine. Friendly helpful staff, but pretty oridinary basic breakfast with limited variety. Overall no complaints. Market is just 100 metre away.

Location is one of the top rating for this hotel, staffs were good and very supportive. Room size was pretty decent.Geyser/tv/wifi was provided. Breakfast option was not much but taste was decent. Nearby restaurants/bars are chopsticks,the oriental,gangtok groove, taste of tibet,dragon wok,nimchi,etc…

Worst Behaviour”
The rooms tiny, no where close to how big they mentioned on the listing. On asked they said " Website k hishaab se kahan hi kuch hota hai?" Very ill behaved staff except for one guy who tried his best to help when other staffs misbehaved.
