Nice apartment with fair price ”

This apartment is pretty nice, providing all the kitchen machines and washing machines. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This apartment is near the bus and train stations. However, it is noisy during the night with few clubs under the apartment.

The owner upgraded our room to bigger room with queen bed and big sofa bed to fit us and our 3 small children without any extra charge. The room also include kitchenete, washing machine, microwave which were very useful for traveller with small children like us. The owner was very thoughtful!

we couldnt speak more highly of this place and the lovely owner sue who was very helpful to us during our stay. as well as helping us out with anything with our room she also provided us with lots of local information and as a result our stay in monmatre was wonderful! the rooms were well resourced, homely and clean and we would definitely stay here again! amazing location too.

The first thing one has to know is that this " apartment" is not part of a hotel- upon arrival, you stand in front of a house without any sign of a hotel or any name on the front door. In our case, we waited for about half hour in front of the house, until somebody came out by chance and we could enter the front door. Even inside, there is no reception, no sign to show the way to rooms or anything- it´s just an ordinary old french house with large corridors. An old house by the way which urgently needs renovation...We knocked on several doors and rang bells, and finally found the responsible person who rents this one apartment in this house, and were handed over a key and shown to the room in the back building- the room was the worst thing which we saw in 10 years of booking hotel rooms. The room was smelling bad and strange. The stone floor was partly broken, the corner of the room was mouldy and dirty ( we have made photos as proof) . A red couch was standing inside, it could be unfolded to a bed. A kitchenette with the possibility to cook was on the other side of the room- but this was not looking fresh and inviting, it was looking like in the kitchen of my grandmother, used and old things for cooking/ cleaning were standing there. The bathroom was newly renovated however very tiny and everywhere was this smell of something old, we do not know what is was. We are regular travellers and are spending half of the year in hotels without having any troubles. But in this case we decided to book another hotel as we could not stay not even one night in this place, it was just disgusting. We told the owners but they did not agree with us. They were pointing out that we have seen the photos in Agoda and that is what we have booked and what we get. However- what nice photos have nothing to do with reality! Very unpleasant situation. We cannot recommend the place at all, stay away.

如果要預約住房，務必要先拿到這間民宿聯絡人的電話，因為房間是座落在一般的民宅裡面，所以沒有check in服務的櫃檯；房間內部有廚房，客廳，一個小房間，總共可供五人住宿，距離地鐵站約五分鐘，附近的街道有很多餐廳，著名的景點聖心堂步行約15分鐘可以到達，相當方便。唯一的缺點是此區街道較髒亂，。

大致舒適，入住前需先聯絡；另沒有電梯，如有大件行李之旅客，需謹慎斟酌。”
