    Lift & Lift-lobby at floors is suffocatiing. Bottled water should be kept to start with. Umbrellas should be available.

    The location couldn’t be better, super easy access to convenience stores, KLCC and train. The place was also clean and had all the amenities needed. The only downside is that most of the plugs in the house didn’t work. Also to check in, do make sure you contact the PIC before arriving at the place for a more seamless check in process.

    We had a very hard time to find ‘Mood Apartments’. No one knows where it is and the address is not precise. Its actually called Vortex Residence. We called and emailed the manager. He didn’t respond. It’s the security guy who found someone to open the door for us. No communication from the manager. Other than that, the apartment is big and comfortable at a convenient location. Walking distance to all KLCC landmarks.

    Everything good in this room except the iron. Iron in the room was broken but them forget to replace it until i checkout i didnt get the iron. Can u imagine it? Reason they give is all the unit in this suite full so no iron 🌚. I cannot accept it. Thankyou

    With only around 40usd/night, this is what we have: - A big master room with Sofa, TV - 2 big bedrooms, with toilet inside - A kitchen with all we need, including a washing machine. - Everything was super clean - Great location If you're a group travelers, this is for you :)
