Peaceful and Relaxing”

It’s heaven on earth, a hidden gem. Away from the city so peaceful and relaxing. The staff, Ate Richelle and her daughter were so accommodating. She was so nice and very friendly. She cooked our meal and it was so delicious and almost felt like home. As it has a motherly touch.

Just the dogs were everywhere and their poops were all over the place ( NOT PROPERTY’s FAULT) and the insects as well. They could've given us extras fans.

I like just the beach and the view

Everything else, they charge me with 3000php one ride with the boat, when I live I pay my self 1500 ..dirty, broken door, lizards ,spiders ,ants, allot of insects inside.. it's was a nightmare . I stay only for 2 nights!

Wonderful staff, escape from civilization”

This place is completely remote from civilization and we were the only tourists on this beach.

If you’re expecting fancy restaurant - you’ll be dissapointed. But the food was prepared in our kitchen, the cooking lady was super nice, so ot felt like to have mom in your vacation. Perfect

Enjoy the seclusion this isn't the Marriott”

Villa nestled in a peaceful seaside village giving an authentic flavor of local life. The food is plentiful and well prepared. Definitely for those who enjoy a few steps off the beaten path.

If you are spoiled by amenities like reliable wifi, warm showers, cleanliness, and modern kitchen features then this villa is probably not for you. Too many dogs allowed to roam about watch where you step.

Don’t go. Just RUN. And Booking is cheating on you when is advertising this location.”

1. I was traveling for a remote vacation. Therefore I was looking for a property with 2 dormitory so we can all ve comfortable and have intimacy. This is how we found this vill, Moon Beach Villas which advertise 2. double beds in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. OK, so it seems to be what we wanted, therefore I paid. - After I paid, the Booking confirmation email arrived, and we were happy. - We rented car and traveled long way to this villa, despite the fact that the road to get to the villa is extremely bad, like a looooong off-road, no signs to the property - extremely find to hard. Most of people have been renounced but we were lucky we fond someone with motorbike going exactly in the village near the villa. Note: this is why they fully charge for no-show. Is really hard to get there. Also, I want to mention that this “villa” is advertised on Booking as a single villa where you only pay different depending on the number of persons checking in - while there are actually 2 villas, one studio vila and one as the one advertised. 2. When we arrived, we received a sort of “studio villa” with one room, 2 double beds, lights were not working and some people there were trying to fix the issue with electricity - which they abandoned at the end and the lights were blinking all night and no light in the bathroom where the switch was damaged - I have small video on that. - I told the owner about the issue and he said (and showed me) what he had on this side - something mentioning “(Studio beach villa)” (I attach the image he sent). - For transparency I sowed to the property all the emails I’ve got from Booking and none of us found the term “studio” in the Booking communication to me. Therefore we agreed that the issue came form Booking system and I had to pay 7000 more pesos to upgrade to what I believed I’ve already paid for. That mean the next day we could not make any plans since we had to move to another home. 3.
