I am sure you've never stayed in any other place as clean and as well kept as these properties. There are several accross the island and they are all extremeley good

Unique building, prettily decorated”

Moon Star Villa is located within walking distance of the Private Ferry Terminal of Xiao Liu Qiu, in the heart of the town, close to other eateries and shops. We recommend eating at the local eateries, rather than taking up the dinner option offered by the accommodation, for some local flavour. Xiao Liu Qiu is a small island, and attractions are nearby, but still rather far for walking. Apart from electric bicycles and scooters, Moon Star's staff were only able to suggest exploring the island on foot, or by renting a private driver to bring us around. They refused to assist with booking for the driver, insisting that the pricing is not fixed, so we needed to negotiate on our own with the driver. They were, however, helpful enough to provide us with two contact numbers of drivers for us to check with. The staff were also helpful with assisting to arrange for rental of electric bicycles and snorkelling, which left us puzzled as to their attitude with booking for the private driver. Rooms are prettily decorated, with unique stained-glass lamps. Lighting is rather dim, less conducive if you're hoping to do some reading / writing. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Showers are warm, though it may take awhile for the hot water to reach you. Breakfast provided was a simple rice roll with some meat floss, egg, and vegetables (what I understand to be a typical Taiwanese breakfast), together with some home-made yam cake, fruits and warm milk tea. Overall an average place to stay at, come here for a place to sleep in unique rooms, not if you're hoping for a warm / inviting atmosphere. For a more friendly environment, I recommend staying at another nearby guesthouse called 船屋 instead, we interacted with their staff as well, and were impressed with how helpful they were even towards visitors who were not staying with them.

Nice hotel in the city centre”

Lots of small hotels on Liuqiu island but only some near the city centre. Harbour to Hotel roughly 10 min by walk. Hotel to Main Street roughly 3 min. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel even have a mini pool outside.

Great Place”

The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable. Our room didn't have a door to the shower. We thought it was funny. Location was perfect. I would stay again!

Beautiful and convenient!”

This hotel is a little pricier than some of the places I've stayed on the island, but it really is a gorgeous and comfortable room. The staff was so accommodating and helped us set up scooters and dinner since we don't speak Chinese. I'll be back!

Fantastic!!!!!! Relaxation + Fun”

Staffs are very helpful in booking moto/ electronic bike/ scuba diving/ diving/ night time barbecue etc. for you. Walking distance to the only 7-11 on the island. There's a lovely puppy call "coffee" who will welcome you at the lobby. Breakfast comes with simple toast, congee etc. The best thing is they have free cookies, lemon water, cakes at the lobby for tea time. I pretty much enjoy the stay in this Antoni Gaudí's like hotel.

Colorful architecture”

Our room was very big,beautiful and nicely decorated with a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was just as nice. The whole hotel was super clean. The hostess spoke no English but was very sweet and service minded and helped us rent electrical bicycles, a perfect way to see the island. Breakfast was poor and the staff at breakfast was dirty which put us off a little.

Renovation”

The place is under renovation at the time I visit~ I could' say how the actual place is~ the substituted place is not as good as what shown on the website~ but I would like to highlight the service from the staff~ the staffs are nice and helpful~ I appreciate their help a lot~

Definitely over rated. ”

Skip this. The rooms are so-so.. Very little privacy on these ground floor. Breakfast was so-so too. Staff was as little too aggressive trying to sell us packages, and the swimming pool is more like a pond by the side of the building. Not worth the money. Will not be staying here again. There are better more value for money places.

Bon emplacement mais grande déception. Accueil inexistant et le niveau d anglais est très faible. La chambre ne présente aucun cachet particulier. Une déception dans notre séjour.

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind super schön! Leider ist das Personal sehr abweisend und desinteressiert bis unhöflich!! Wir haben das Personal vom benachbarten Wien Art Hotel gebeten, zu vermitteln was dann auch gut klappte. Insgesamt erspart man sich mit dem Aufenthalt in den 3 benachbarten Hotels eine Reise zu den Hundertwasser Häusern in Wien!

小琉球は初めてでした。スタッフの方が大変親切にしてくださいまして、十分満足いく滞在でした。欲を言えば、部屋にソファセットと浴槽があるといいかと思います。しかしスタッフの方々が献身的なので全体的な印象は大変よく４から５つ星だと思います。

裝潢特別服務很好的地方”

原來在島上很多有特色的旅店都是同一個集團，新館的房間都很有特色，而且還有電梯喔，服務人員很親切，還一直提醒我可以下來試吃麻花和喝咖啡 但是要建議一下午茶的餅乾有一些都有點軟了， 早餐也太簡單了

設計十足 內容稍嫌不足”

以下幾點稍嫌不足 第一 房間的燈照明不夠 太過講求氣氛感 反而失去燈具原始的功能以及存在的意義 第二插孔太少 熱水壺是三叉頭的 但是桌面竟然沒有預留三叉頭插孔 只有在床頭櫃才有 要把熱水壺那過去床頭櫃煮水 煮完再拿回桌面使用 豈不怪哉 電視跟機上盒用的插孔是延長線上的插孔 不小心輕輕一碰就鬆落 電視瞬間熄掉 傻眼 房間內的燈具開關散佈各角落 開關一個燈 要跑好多角落 不能集中一個面板上設計在門旁邊嗎 第三 很嚴重 是關於隱私 房間隔音非常差 隔壁開水龍頭聲音我這邊都聽得到 萬一叫床聲稍微放開點 不也被人聽光光 從外面走廊門縫可看見房間內部 因為地板會反射像鏡子一樣 應該加裝門縫擋布 不然在房內沒穿不就給人看光光 再來是浴室窗戶 打開直接對外面隔壁民宿的窗戶 洗澡也給人看光光了 第四點 房間多處灰塵沒有打掃乾淨 還有螞蟻 我家好幾年都沒看過一隻螞蟻 竟然在一晚兩三千的民宿會看到 房間有提供小點心餅乾 一看有一個什麼蘇打餅的 竟然是碎掉 效期剩幾天就過期了 傻眼 床上還遺留之前房客的頭髮 最後一點 訂房網訂的 所以無法挑房間 民宿排這一間沒有陽台 有點失望
