Good location, good breakfast, the gym was a joke!
Location, value for money and breakfast
The stay was short and trouble-free. I enjoyed the breakfast and the location near the old city centre. But the wi-fi speeed was inadequate in the rooms, yet satisfactory in the lobby. But the gym was practically non-existing and should not be part of the facilities list.

Basic but Functional
Good location and cheap
the rooms at viet hotel are nothing special, but based on the price you probably know that already. the location is convenient to most of the interesting parts of the city, and the staff is quite helpful -- the concierge even came out to help us negotiate with an ornery taxi driver. also, the views from the roof are nice, and the breakfast is better than one might expect, excepting the forgettable drip coffee.

Very friendly hotel with accomodating staff
Hotel is in a great downtown location and most taxi drivers recognize it immediately. Staff speak good English and will arrange anything to meet your expectations.
Hotel is in need of some refurbishment and television sets are of the old type.
staff quickly resolved a misunderstading about the differences between a double room and a twin room without any extra charge. reastaurant reservations are made quickly and professionally in concert with the guests preferences and taxis called for with a minimum time of waiting. maps are provided free of charge and directions gladly given. restaurant on 8th floor serves a decent breakfast with egg orders promptly filled and the evening dinner menu is fairly complete with very reasonable prices and a nice view of the city. beer is cheap but the wine tends to be pricey.

Good value for money
The little details like complementary fruits, water, soap, shampoo a fresh shower curtain, free internet.
some rooms can have noise early in the morning, due to preparing breakfast restaurant at 6th floor or bar at 7th floor.
The staff was very helpful, they helped us to confirm flights, and especially when my daughter left a bag behind in a shop they were even willing to watch her if I wanted to go by myself to pick it up.

Cheap great hotel
Value, service
This is one of the most value hotel to your money. Service is great. Staffs got out of their way to serve you. Room is too big compare to what you pay for.
