Very enjoyable experience despite some online booking hiccups”
Booked my hotel with agoda, but somehow the booking system registered with the hotel under bookings.com, that resulted in some misunderstandings and delays upon check in. On the other hand, when the credit card was charged twice the bill, called them up the morning of my arrival, and my queries was resolved in a very efficient, friendly and rest assured hazard free manner by their manager's direct return call. Really appreciate that effort. About the hotel, great location. A stone throw away from eateries and main road, making it very easy to navigate to places. Their proper hotel parking made life easier. The hotel's not big, but, it has everything one would need for a comfy clean night stay. Nice and functional room design. Their staffs handled customers' queries in friendly and helpful manner, from the first few phone calls, to payment queries, to front desk handling though with booking hiccup, not to mention the basic check ins n check outs. Do keep it up.

Spacious clean and looking very new the Standard family room. I liked the little TV sitting area. ”
Although the room was without windows, I didn’t feel uncomfortable in the room. The bathroom was also spacious and the colour combination was very pleasant both in the bathroom and the room. My only complaint is that there was an unpleasant odour in the toilet at all times. Smelt like the sewage needed clearing. Fortunately the smell was only in the bathroom and it never affected the room. Also the hotel entrance was hindered by the tables and chairs of a food stall and that made dropping off, reversing and parking a little difficult. Overall, we had a pleasant stay there and would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others.

i was in sitiawan around 7am in the morning and i was too early than i expected. so i gave the hotel reception a call to see whether i can check in early or not. It is really out of the blue that the receptionist allow me and family to check in on 9am, since there is no one staying in the room the night before. this is the first time i am able to check in hotel in the morning. To be frank, Mornington Sitiawan is the hotel with the greatest value of money for the tip top quality stay that i have ever stay up to now. with the price of RM130+, you may get the quality of 3 or 4 star hotel room. well, you will need to see it to believe it. stay in mornington once you have a chance to travel in sitiawan.

Super Value For Money”
Stayed in Room 206. I didn't expect it to have complete set of toiletries including toothbrushes. There is also mini fridge, which is a nice surprise! The bathroom is very spacious too. The receptionist (Tila if I'm not mistaken) is so helpful and friendly. My only complain is that the hot water in the shower just never gets hot. Overall a nice comfortable stay. Definitely recommended!

The location is right in the small town of Sitiawan, with a Malay warung right in front of the hotel. A mosque is just by walking distance and there are several other restaurants & convenience store available within the vicinity. Room was clean and comfortable, with all basic amenities available. There are not many hotels in Sitiawan and this hotel is definitely worth to return for.

Really like to stay in this hotel because it is so comfort. It‘s lobby is nice and the room is so clean. For staying over one night，it will provide housekeeping and the service is good. They keep the room neat and tidy. They will also refill you another bottle of water when doing housekeeping. Overall I enjoy to stay at there.

Worth the money”
The hotel is situated right in the center, making it accessible to shops and restaurants. There is also a hawker stall just right in front of the hotel and should you want to pray in a mosque, it's just a walk a away. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. And the toilet was clean too. Had a good experience staying here.

Whenever I'm back to my hometown only will stay in Mornington Sitiawan.Feel like home and comfortable.Only one suggestion, options of Astro Channel should be more at least one Tamil Channel Otherwise overall awesome. An Indian Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. could not remember her name. Will be back soon in near future..

We booked a family room and found it very spacious, really clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Suggested improvements: ironing facility in the room instead of one unit for the whole floor, a cupboard and better tv reception.
