          Clean room, wonderful staff & good location”

          We had a great stay, thanks! Very friendly owner!! We did decide to extend our stay - short notice, the second room was closer to the street - quite noisy if you leave the windows open to catch a breeze. Aight tho :-) First one was just right tho. Nice little balconies in front, close to downtown, cafes, restaurants, supermarket etc... (5min drive, ~ 15min walk) All facilities clean, kitchen, sheets, bathrooms.. Would stay again. Cheers

          Good layout in room, Friendly service of hosts, Convenient location

          A very good room layout, with the kitchen just behind the counter to the side of the bed. Very good service provided by the hosts in doing the laundry, providing an umbrella and offering to help donate our clothes to charity. We stayed there on the last day of our trip to New Zealand, and didn't want to take all of our clothes back. The hosts, Dean and Judy offered to take it to the "refuge" for us.

          Very clean, spacious and comfortable

          We really enjoyed our stay. We felt really looked after with our towels being changed daily.Although we were on the ground floor the noise of people coming and going was minimal.Close to the city centre. We didn't dine in and therefore can't comment on this

          I come here often with my kids, its safe, and close to everything, i have no need to go anywhere, laundry service, bbq, pool, spa and outdoor area for kids to play. Manager/owner is super helpful too
