Good location for a stopover”

Perfect location for a stopover with tourist attractions like the falls nearby. Clean rooms and breakfast was given in to go bags. Staff were nice and accomodating.

I was a bit hesitant in booking this hotel because it was so cheap. I decided to trust the reviews and booked it for one night stay. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! It is very clean & comfortable. Big room with decent size bathroom. Quiet area. Continental breakfast basic but ok. I would recommend this to anyone. Do not go to the Family Restaurant near by for meal. It was really a dinner and food were not good.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was very clean, the location was really convenient near the interstate and stores, and the pool/spa was just an added bonus.

Close to Walmart and take away shops, pretty easy to get back on the free way. Not a bad place to stay on your way to Yellowstone

Wide and clean room. Friendly staff. Bath with jacuzzi. Public laundry room. 2 hours drive away from Yellow Stone NP. Reasonable price. I stayed here twice, before and after Yellow Stone NP.

Bad customer service ”

I booked a stay and no where did it say they were going to need a $200 security deposit. When I let them know I didn't have an extra $200 on my card they refused to rent me the room even though it was 9 PM at night and cold outside. So then I was faced to find another place to stay for me and my kids and pay way more. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that they where out of town and there was no one for me to talk to. Would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Place is a little run down, but beds are comfortable and place is reasonably clean and quiet.

Showing it's age, but good size rooms, reasonably clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure, and good take out breakfast. For the price you can't beat it in Idaho Falls.
