Room pictures not representative. Room was smaller, not clean, not as well-painted and the door did not have latch bolt. The bleach used triggered my sinus and I couldn't sleep the whole night. I had to buy a mask the next day so I could wear it when I went to sleep. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

My car was broken into. It cost me R3500 to replace the window. I lost 2 bags.. thath had clothes and personal documents and photos that are irreplaceable.

Decent location; signage outside the building is pretty useless - they need to seriously consider putting up a new sign where one would expect to see it - on the door/wall and not on the windows above the roof of the entrance where you cant see it nor think to look at from street level. Upon arrival, staff member at reception could not find the key to the room so I left to go out as intended and had to leave my bags at reception. Bed seemed clean, bathroom was so filthy that I did not use it. You get what you pay for.

I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone that knows me. The staff was to busy to even help me to book in, one person sat around doing nothing and the other one just told me to wait he will get to me and after waiting for over 20 min he eventually decided to help me, I will never in my live stay in that place. I told them to cancel my booking and although I booked and paid over the internet he then said he doesn't know if I will get a refund. I was so disgusted with the place and the staff that I told him to keep the money I have paid to spend the night.
