Modern and warm, convenient, sunny.
The wine glasses were the size of thimbles. Need bubbles glasses and decent wine glasses for a property of this calibre. Two chairs by ranchslider pushed together were so hard and uncomfortable we couldnt sit on them for long periods of time. Beds were very firm.

House was lovely, clean and modern.
We didn’t get physical street address until we called host at arrival. If you don’t have a working phone in NZ it would be annoying. Didn’t have enough towels for guest even though numbers were correct when booking. Door to master bedroom locked from inside (broken) which with young children is a hazard.
