This is the right place for me to unwind. Staffs are very courteous. Willing to assist when you need help. Though going there is a bit traffic as the highway is just 1 lane each

“New Year Eve Vacation””
2 nights stay with my son, a great ambience and place for family vacation.. the room is big and beautiful, there is always room for improvement, but the most important is our overall experience the service is great feels u welcome from the security, Front office( Jezza & Angelica can’t remember the rest) the delicious foods kudos to the chefs and F&B staff ( Ate always looking after us, Niel and the rest can’t remember them all making sure we’re attended) down to Gardener ( a funny guy wearing sun glasses) the smile and the vibes are extraordinarily. My Son say big thumbs up specially the pool. True Filipino hospitality. Definitely be back soon!!!

Poor customer service. Bad policies.”
We requested fresh, new towels at around 9AM but it didn't arrive. When we called for a follow up at around 11AM, they said that they cannot give us new towels because it was already "check out time" even though we already requested for it ahead of time. This is the only hotel we've stayed at that didn't allow food deliveries. We had to fight tooth and nail to even drink the water that we brought ourselves. If you're going to have that kind of policy, make sure that you put it clear on your website. Also, there was a huge rat at their restaurant, the size of a cat.

Lost a Valuable Item ”
For me, it's very important how they manage lost items. As soon as we left the hotel we reached out to them as the item was last used after dinner and had never left the room. Tried to reach out several times after with proof but no esponse.

Excellent Staff”
The rooms are clean and new. The AC is also cold and well maintained, this is important if you have kids with you. But the best part of the stay is the friendliness of all the staff. From the front desk to the gardener, all of them are nice and all are willing to assist without asking or waiting for anything in return. This place is highly recommended specially for families with kids. Good job Mount Sea Resort management!

clean, quiet, comfortable, free wifi”
We were in town for my best friend's wedding and this resort was perfect for our needs! It's an inexpensive resort that offers access to local culture and history! The food in the restaurant was average, the inclusive breakfast (as part of booking an executive room) was adequate, and the swimming pools were warm (yay!). There is a private pool for hotel guests only - but the dress requirements are VERY European (spandex/speedo for men); board shorts are allowed at the public pool. While the staff was polite (saying hello and goodbye)- communicating needs and/or business needs was difficult. (getting extra towels was impossible and they had no washclothes when asked) BUT, we'd definitely stay again when traveling back to Cavite City! Great location for our needs!

not ok for overnight”
You can roam around the whole place for about 15 mins. :) there are two pools. the private and the waterfront, good thing that even we arrived 4pm, with many people in the pool,the water is still crystal clear. We ate in their THE DINING ROOM, the place is classy and the food was great. We ordered buttered chicken, pansit canton and garlic rice.. and a shot of JW for my boy. We just spent Php800 for that and I think that's good for 2-4 persons. Actually, we can barely walk because of our full tummy :D The room is clean, with ref that has beers, sodas and water (of course that's for sale) TV, clean CR and wifi. The travel period from Mount Sea to Manila is about 30-1hour via CAVITEX. Us is from Gen. Trias which took us for about 45mins. Overall, it's okay, especially when you want to go to some relaxing place without spending too much time on the road.

Nice and quiet”
i stayed only one day, but had time to try the big lovely pool in the evening. The hotel is a bit hard to find, on a small road quite far from the centre, all the way down by the seashore. You can have your breakfast with a view of the sea, and it's quite sealed off from the buzz and dirt of Cavite outside. The room was decent, the food was good. Staff was very polite and helpful, i have nothing to complain about. You can ride a tricycle to the beach, its close, but the beach of course is a brown mudflat. No sand.

Budget 2star hotel”
As family spent Christmas day in this hotel. We 9 adults and 3 children have booked 3 rooms for 1 night.As we arrived when we checked the place, at first we thought its small but as we went inside the hotel has a lot of facilities to offer. There are two location of swimming pools. One is open for public which has for children and inter connecting pools, while the other one is just infront of hotel rooms. The lobby is new. our 3 rooms are just beside each other and its in lower ground. The room is okay. Queen size bed , 21 inch tv , toilet. The rooms are reasonable to pay for what ou have paid for. We also availed the buffet dinner which is Php398 and theynhave offered us 120 choices of food they could cook for us. We are glad that 3 kids waived (2yrs old) for the buffet as they know it can only finish not eve one plate. The place has a view of sea but need to walk 10mins to reach there. But you cannot swim as it is oly good for sunset viewing but not for swimming (quite not clean already). They have also huge playground for children to run as they have a huge place. All in all, as a family, we have enjoyed our short trip since we just wanted to relax and have a short getaway and as a Balikbayan, they have assisted me in a very good manner.

Take My advice, Don't Fire Your Staff !”
My stay was near perfect..the front desk receception crew are very polite,motivated, and energetic. (you must leave 500 pesos at the desk for a key deposit be prepared for that). there was a wedding going on while i ws there, so that kinda added to the excitement ..the resturant staff was very polite and energetic. Outdoor pool was fine..they have two pool one has slides etc and the other is kinda laid back .i used that pool just becuz it's near the bar and resturant. The ocean is directly behind the hotel. The pool is surrounded by coconut trees..also there is a kareoke room on the propery. I will definately stay there again. Note to the owners: You would be wise to keep your current staff..they make your hotel a better place...without them, it's just another bed in the Philippines. Just My Opinion!

Great location but small rooms”
Location is great since near Manila esp using the cavitex. Customer service not so good, you have to follow-up (3x) the requested extra bed which was already paid. The receptionist should discuss to the customer the complimentaries and the tickets for the swimming pool should be given upon check-in. The staff in the restaurant also not so knowledgeable, i.e. when I asked whether the fried bangus is boneless or not, she responded she did not know. The room also not so clean, there was cockroaches running in the comfort room. We're not so happy with our stay in the Mount Sea Resort.
