I arrived and was very tired after a long drive i opened my Murphy bed and the linens were badly stained . I called the front desk they sent me new linens from house keeping, also badly stained. sleft in my clothes very unconfortable. Next day i asked for clean for clean linens and explained to girl at front desk . I was told a manager would get back to me , never happened. My daughter is young and not old enough to have a credit card or debit card , so she didnt eat lunch because you dont accept cash ,anywhere on the mountain. This is unacceptable , i have been coming here for 20 year bring a tradition to my kids that i have for years . i dont think i will be back again. very disapointed.

Linings we’re stained asked for new ones, they were stained too. 2 nights in a row kids on floor above me having a party jumping around until all hours or the night. I think there was a school trip or something . I paid good money I expect sleep and clean linens. I have been coming to Mount snow for 20 years when my children were little. I don’t think I will be coming back
