The staff is very kind and also We met the owner of the hotel she’s very kind. All in all the place is very relaxing you will feel like you’re home the music is very classic 😊 I highly recommend this place!!

Great place to stay for family”
Honestly, since Mountain Lodge is rated 2 stars, my husband and I thought it will not be that good but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. We booked a double family room and the room was spacious, clean, had a sofa, coffee table, 2 double beds, a dresser and a big drawer. The toilet was big and the water heater working well. Towels and toiletries were amply given. There were also enough pillows. The restaurant had a variety of choices and the food was good. We also liked the decor and the ambiance of the place. My British husband said it has the feel of a British bed and breakfast. The only thing that we didn't like was not having free breakfast. They said it was because we booked through Agoda. They said that if we booked directly with them (through their website or by calling them) there would be free breakfast deals. Regarding their location, they're close to Teachers' Camp, Wright Park and the Victory Liner terminal. The staff are courteous and friendly.

We stayed in the deluxe quadruple room and the whole of our stay was really nice! Friendly and accomodating staff, Room is clean, and the beds are big. This place really shows what Baguio city is. It's cozy and homey, love it! Price of food is fair and the burgers are yummy! We are definitely going back :)

Double check the room you booked before hand. It was my first time to get an accommodation with shared bathroom(literally common cr) for that room rate UNEXPECTEDLY!!! We asked and we were offered for room upgrade but WOW the price was doubled. So we just stayed to the initial room we got for a VIP agoda subscriber since 2013. The room description is not clear. This MUST be review. Nevertheless the staff are nice but dont stay at the lobby very noisy. The accenture was captivating but not ideal for place to relax.

Pros- Near the main road Cons- No AC. The exhaust fan is not working even though it's cold outside the inside was very hot. No free breakfast not good for the value of the money you pay.

WIFI connection does not reach the room”
Staffs are okay, although they seldom smile at you. I think the staff lacks the warmth of customer service. The location is perfect, and the view outside the room is good. We stayed at a room at the back of the restaurant, we expect the wifi to be available in room, but the connection did not reach the room and the signal is really weak. You have to stay at the cafe to work. Food and coffee are great! This is an honest review based on my 3 days 2 nights stay at the venue.

Economy room for 3 adults - no tv, no aircon, very weak signal of wifi, windows at the back is not secured, and worst toilet and bath are separated from the room. There’s no receptionist assigned during midnight.

with mountain lodge hotel and restaurant, by two nights staying and pay for a very affordable price, i was able to enjoy the hotel and the place with a very unforgettable experience. the people are very pleasant to assist and serve you, especially with the security guard @ night, he was assisting me when i need something he is always there to assist me and help me to find the place that i want to visit. the receptionist is very pleasant as well, and the people are very honest... i say honest because of what happen to me by the time i used the other comfort room of the hotel,,, i forget that i put my wallet at my back and i never noticed that it was drop inside the comfort room. after 4 hours i noticed that my pocket is no longer with me. and i tried to go back the comfort room, i'm happy that they just put it in the table waiting for me to get back... i'm so happy with this place with pleasure... more power to mountain lodge hotel and restaurant...

Cozy and Charming”
Mountain Lodge Hotel is where you should stay when you want character and affordability. We stayed at the pretty basic triple room with fan (the room always stayed cool, so there was no need for us to upgrade to a superior with air-conditioning). The rooms were very clean, as well as the communal bathroom right down the hall. Breakfast was affordable and delicious, with free orange juice and coffee. There are fresh bouquets of flowers everywhere and the garden was beautiful as well. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
