It is just one ride away from "Boracay Proper", 10 pesos to 20 pesos fare per head. It is convenient for travellers because it is near the port. We didn't find it hard to locate the inn because the locals were very friendly and the caretaker of the inn waited for us and personally assited us. Very friendly staff. The place was fully airconditioned and very clean. well-functioning amenities in the CR also. They have a big bed (like king-size) and television with cable. The mini bar is a great plus. They also have wifi and a mini kitchen so we can cook, they also have utensils you can use. Highly recommended because it has great value of money for a great place. Very clean and very quiet also. Will definitely book the inn when I get back to Boracay again.

Good Place, Poor Location”
Mountain View Inn is everything Agoda says it is. There was one hiccup: The posting says that a kitchen is available. As it turns out, that is true, but you have to pay an unexpected fee. I paid the fee under protest. If I had known about the fee, I would have stayed away. The Inn is not near the beach and it costs 150 PHP for a tricycle every time you go to the beach or come back. We started walking. We could walk each way in less than 30 minutes. Good exercise but treacherous traffic. All things considered, I would recommend paying a little more and staying near the beach.

We stayed here on our first night in Boracay because it is located near Cagban port. Our flight was 5pm so we need an Inn within the port. It is a 5-min tricycle drive from cagban port and a 10-min habal habal ride to d'mall. We booked a room for only 560php. Very affordable. It has nice clean room. Very attentive and warm owners. It has an aircondition and cable tv. It also has a balcony. We can't believe how fast their internet connection!!! Highly recommended!

Good place, good people”
A little place ran by a lovely family. A good big bed, air-conditioned really well, nice bathroom. The location is away from all the night life and beaches of Boracay though. Transportation to the life of the island should be around 50-100 pesos via bike or tricycle.

The great about this place is the price. It's very affordable and with a low price, you already have an aircor, tv, and refrigerator. The bed is also spacious. I gave 5-star rate for the location because I was looking for a room near the cagban port. It's far from the main beach but you can just ride a tricycle to get to the main beach.

I would only recommend Mountain View Inn to those who are looking for a very local experience. The owners are really nice but it is kind of far from the beach. Located in a residential area. At night you can hear some chicken and rooster noises from the neighbouring houses.

this is a very good choice for those who want affordable room to stay in boracay island. its only letdown, though, is the location. you need to walk for 15mins to reach the nearest station or find a ride which is not easy since the govt temporarily closed the road for reconstruction.

Stayed here for 1 night. The staff(Janet) is very nice. The location is very far from the white beach but if you are looking for quiet place while sleeping this is the hotel for your. Value for money - in less than Php1,000 we have refrigerator, airconditioned room, and private cr.

Great value for the money”
The room is very clean, we have what we need inside (shower, television, internet, aircon). And we feel secured because of the locals that lived there were nice. One of the great things that I love is the wifi! It's fast and I can get to use my iPad. Janet the receptionist was very helpful and provided great assitanace to us. Thank you!

Not easy to find, because no sign there. But a good Hotelroom, wide view of the balcony. Cozy and decent clean stay. a bit far of the main area, but quiet at evening.

if you are looking for a nice place to stay in but you need to save some bucks this place is nice. almost complete. Value of money actually is an understament. For the price you paid u almost got all you need dont just expect posh things.

Clean but too far”
Newer rooms and it is clean. However, it is too far from the stations. Had to ride haba-habal for 20 pesos per head or the ecart for 10 pesos. It's located in a really small street, residential area. Quiet but not convenient.

Very friendly and accommodating housekeeper. The place is a bit far from the main beach but I had fun riding habal habal to and fro the apartment. One thing though, the room where I stayed seem to have a clogged drain. Other than that, it's an o-kay place to stay.

it was a bit far from the beach, you have to ride a tricycle. but the care taker is very accommodating. kung gusto mo makatipid dito ka. kasi binili na kami nga tubig na 5 gallons tapos refill refill na langg, baon mo na yun sa beach. pwede ka pa ipagsaing at magluto ng noodles at bumili ng delata sa tindahan nila. kung gusto mo lang makatipid ng malupit dun ka na magbreakfast at dinner tapos at least lunch na lang sa beach iisipin mo.

The location is not in the middle of the touristic area but is a nice place with nice people around. The wi-fi speed is very fast and. It's a pitty that they don't have hot shower but you have all the other utilities.
