Nice bungalows nested in greenery”
Though rooms are aging and to get a hot water was in our case bit of challenge (heater did not work most of the time) but it is a good place to stay. located at the end of village it overlooks forest around. Owner is great (and maybe the only one) source of comprehensive info about what to do around. They offer, somewhat pricy, guided treks.

Mountain Getaway”
Mountain View is tucked somewhere north of Tomohon in the mountains. It is a good getaway from all the city life but to be honest it was a bit out of the way from everything else besides the trek at Gunung Lokon/ Empung. The food was so-so and the staff were not well versed in english but tried their best to help. If you are looking for cheap transport to Tomohon, take the blue vans. But do note that getting back to Mountain View can be quite a hassle if you do not have internet access to use Uber or Grab car.

it's just that the location is a bit hidden but then i guess, that's what makes their view great. the place is really clean. the bed was really comfy. I am quite surprising actually. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasnt the greatest, but ah well, overall it was a good experience and i wish i got to stay longer.

Nice holel and friendly helpful staff”
A good location, lovely bungalows, good sizes rooms, lovely hot shower and helpful staff. We selected a tour, which we shared with another couple, our guide Adams was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My only reason for not giving 10 out of 10 would be for the breakfast buffet food which needs to be kept hot as it did go cold quickly but still nice.

Highland Escape”
Mountain View is quite comfortable and a lovely escape for us urban dwellers. They attended to all our needs, although I would suggest confirming airport pickup on the day of arrival. Overall, a great experience that and I will be recommending them and their guide Adam to friends and fellow travelers.

The room is cottage type.There are 12 wooden cottages at he hotel. Two of the cottages have 2 rooms (the family rooms). Even the floor is made off wood.The bed and furniture are standard.The bathroom is nice, with glass roof. We could see blue sky and trees above as we took our bath.All the rooms face a nice garden. The staffs were helpful.

Gutes Hotel, Lage ruhiger als in der Stadt. Bungalows sauber und Betten bequem. Personal super, wir haben nachts um 3:30Uhr Frühstück bekommen. Sogar frisch gebackene Pfannkuchen mit Obst. Personal versteht nicht immer alles auf Englisch, aber sie sind sehr bemüht.

Die deutschsprachigen Besitzer stehen mit Rat und Tipps stets zur Seite, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Sehr hilfsbereit und versuchen alles möglich und recht zu machen. Personal auch sehr zu empfehlen. Lage für uns super gewesen, mit dem Roller ist man schnell beim nächsten supermarkt oder in der stadt.

Avkopplande vistelse i fin miljö”
Lugn och avslappnad miljö med fina omgivningar. Resorten har egen restaurang med ett begränsat utbud men med vällagad mat. Frukosten något begränsad både i alternativ och mängd men ok. Rum med bra sängar. Bra dusch med varmt vatten.
