My arrival is after midnight and receptionist can’t track my booking number, lucky can contact agoda chat and have to wait at lobby near 1 hour to settle all this check in matter, at the end the hotel receptionist just give me the room and submit the new book number from agoda morning time, the rest was perfect

Enjoyed my stay at Mov Hotel as the room is very neat and the facilities are excellent. However please be aware that the road from the hotel leading up to Bukit Bintang area is an uphill climb, so please be prepared - especially if you come from the MRT station!

The hotel was centrally located and we could walk to Lot10, Pavillion etc. The staff were helpful. Met Faiz on our check in and he offered his help readily by providing helpful info. Room was clean and the interior were new and nicely decorated.

Lovely clean hotel with rooftop pool in a great location ”
This hotel was perfect for us, a great location in Bukit Bintang, close to bars and food and within 20 mins walk of KLCC. Metro and monorail also very close by. Rooftop pool has great views of the city and is perfect to cool off after a day of seeing the sights.

Lovely boutique hotel located near kl pavilion. We stayed in the family room with loft. Room is clean and quite big for a boutique hotel. Service is top notch as we are able to have an early check in.

This hotel is such good value. The location is perfect so central, yet down a quiet road. The pool although small has such great views and is very clean. The rooms are small but well thought out in design with a good shower. Would highly recommend, very friendly staff.

Very good location in KL. The staff is really nice and helpful. A laundry service just next door. Mattress is good, room modern, advice you to take room with window, great view. Breakfast is optional, buffet, various choice. Don’t hesitate !!

Great location to the city center, close to shopping malls, restaurants and bars, and metro transport is close by too. The “nice” bar area of Bukit Bintang is right behind this hotel, without hearing all the noise or getting all the foot traffic.

Such an amazing place to stay! Thank you, @mov_hotel location is very near food places, @mcdonalds & @mystarbucks shopping malls ( around 400m) 5min walk to Pavillion, very affordable prize, clean rooms & industrial concept facilities which is really amazing ( they got pool & roofdeck too) but above all, customer service is indeed at it's finest not to mention a swift check in process!!
