Not Bad BUT...”
Nice hotel but i could be nicer if the management improves some area of operation lines and review the quality management standards to improve and enhance it to meet the international quality standards for such mega hotel name. friendly staff, nice pool, nice rooms. I believe its one of the best hotels in tanger, Thanks to them and agoda management as well as I didn't face any check-in /out issues.

I think the location is just too far from the mall/train station (about 5 min (no traffic) - 10 min w/ traffic). You can get a taxi though for just 10MAD/per person. There are no restaurants nearby except the hotel's room service/buffet offer/restaurant. Despite the location we still enjoy the pool, the staff were helpful. Room service food wasn't bad :) but if you are staying for a week, not enough menu selection. If you want peace and quite, then book this one. Good for family I would say.

Ok hotel but not a 5 star Movenpick as advertised”
Maybe when this hotel first opened, it was a 5 Star luxury hotel. But now its more like a 3.5. Pros: Good location near beach/boardwalk Breakfast buffet great Cons: Building falling apart... door locks on rooms dont work, balcony window cracked (very large cracks-dangerous), tile floor broken (stepping on small stones in not wearing shoes), shower pipes screaching disturbing neighbours. Staff unattentive, didnt help us with some simple requests Hotel restaurant Laylia...overpriced, so so food, terrible wait staff, atmosphere uncomfortable.

The hotel is very bad, and its way of handling the staff is very bad, and where the photos in the location are not the same as the actual, the room service did not respond to any request for the room, and even in the checkout I was trying to monument me.
