Good location ”
The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable. The only problem is that they have a building site right in front of the hotel, and building a new 50 storey hotel, therefore its noisy throughout the day, hence the sea view will be covered once the work is completed.

Not a 5 star hotel service!”
Don't even provide toothbrush, and room service come in anytime they want without pressing any door bell or knock the door. I get shocked a few times when I staying at there. This is a very bad service!!

A Racist Hotel!”
Before I book this hotel, I called to Movenpick Hotel customer service to make sure is that the normal room is fine for 2 person include breakfast, the customer service officer said YES, IT'S FINE FOR 2 every room. Therefore I book the room immediately. But then when I check in, the front desk told me it's only for 1 person and breakfast as well only for 1 person. I request their floor manager to come and explain to me, his name is Nasr. At first he keep on asking me who did i called, i said I call to your own hotel, Movenpick Hotel customer service, but now you are telling me it's only for 1 person and breakfast also for 1 person only.He said this is because I book with Agoda and this is Agoda mistake bla bla bla. Also he said this is non of his business, we should call Agoda. Then i said I did not call Agoda at all, i called to their own hotel customer service to confirm. He push all the blame to Agoda, after that he said he can't do anything with Agoda, because Agoda is not related with Movenpick Hotel at all, but how come I can book this hotel through Agoda? He keep on pushing away the mistake to Agoda, he is not even helping me, in the end he mentioned "because you are Asean and Asean always do this mistake"!!!! This is very racist!!!!! He insult me and this makes me feel very uncomfortable at there!!! He is not helping me to solve the problem but keep on saying that only Asean will make this mistake!!! I hope this hotel higher management will see my comment and please talk to your floor manager Nasr, this is the wrong way to deal with your customer! Right after that, he force me to pay another AED 120 to add another person for the room, which i think this is ridiculous. So in conclusion, I will never ever introduce any of my friend about this hotel, the floor manager is racist!!!
