We stayed at their classic room so that’s probably why I wasn’t too impressed. Coming from Henann Prime, I got used to bigger room and bathroom; better bed, and the smell of cleanliness . Even the hallways did not smell clean at all. 1 of our room was ready first so they let us check in early, around 1330. The second was not so I had to go back to the reception and checked to see if the other room was ready since it’s passed 1500 check in time.Room was ready but they failed to deliver us the keycards. Not a biggie, but I had high expectations going to Movenpick. Henann prime let us check in as early as 9am and the staff are really attentive and consistent! Some staff at movenpick even avoids eye contact with the guests. A few will acknowledge you and greet you with good morning, etc. The worse is the bar by the pool! They won’t even look at you and at least acknowledge your presence. I understand they get a little busy (there were 3 other people at the bar), but they can at least say hi or say I’ll be with you shortly. Instead I had to call “kuya” 3x like “im here, I’m also a guest and a costumer. I can’t help but compare their staff to Henann who were consistently attentive and very hospitable. Also, our plates piled up on our table during breakfast buffet; like they just waited for us to be completely done before somebody picked up our plates. The location was the best especially during sunset! The pool was amazingly big and the water is warm!! Best for night swimming! The food in Breeza and the service was excellent! The beach beds were comfortable! I’m impressed how they keep their beachfront clean! We down to Shangri-La and Crimson beachfront and I must say Movenpick’s beachfront is the best among the 3. I’m saying this because when we walked down to Shangri-La’s beachfront (8/15/24) there were trash all over compared to Crimson and Movenpick. That was disappointing being the most expensive among the 3 resorts in station zero. Crimson’s beachfront was clean but not as long as Movenpick’s. Overall, our stay was average but will definitely try CrimsonResort next time instead.

One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel's policy of having no charge for bringing in outside food and drinks to enjoy in the room. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed, big sofa, and plush pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's attention to detail, like providing complimentary bottled water and fresh towels, made us feel pampered throughout our stay. They even brought cot for my baby and a high chair for comfortable eating. The hotel's amenities were top-notch as well. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the pool, since we were a bit afraid of the beach waves due to bad weather. The scenic beach views were breathtaking.The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing my husband to maintain his workout routine even while traveling. As a food enthusiast, We appreciated the hotel's policy of bringing outside food and drinks without incurring any charge.The dining experience was further enhanced by the attentive staff and delicious dishes. We also ordered food from The Market, hotel's restaurant. The foods tasted very good and it was delivered very quickly. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. They did not even charge my infant for the buffet breakfast. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always ready to assist with any request. Overall, our stay at Movenpick Hotel and Spa was absolutely delightful. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, superb amenities, and no foods and drinks charge policy for our outside food made this hotel stand out from the rest. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay including those families with infant or kids. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

All of our requests were accommodated. Beach was clean. Pool was surprisingly relaxing. Food is just ok. Not to exceptional, but i dont mind. If you are a parent, you will definitely love this place. Very child friendly. Lots of activities for the kids. The pool and the beach is just adjacent to each other. Will definitely be back.

Splendid Boracay Escape”
The hotel is located alongside Shang and Crimson, sharing a stretch of fine white sand and spectacular beach/cove. While the rates are a bit steep when compared to other accommodations in Stations 1 to 3, Mövenpick is more affordable when compared to Shang and Crimson. The place is far from the bustle or crowd of Boracay, so you’ll enjoy the calmness and exclusive feel of the cove. Nevertheless, going around the island, for example from Stations 1/2/3 to the hotel can be challenging because of the distance. E-trikes charge between 300-400 per way from Station 2 to the hotel and vice-versa. Some e-trikes are also a bit hesitant to ferry you to the area. You can avail of the hotel’s shuttle though, but with only limited trips at specific times of the day. The seats will also have to be reserved ahead of your planned trips and you will share the ride with other guests. The room was clean, spacious, and has its own balcony. Bed is comfortable you’ll love lying or sleeping the whole day. The balcony has a drying stand so you can hang your wet swimwear after swimming. The staff were also polite and friendly. The food was just ok. I think the hotel needs to review and reinvent their menu. The prices are expected of an upscale hotel, but the selection and taste could be improved further. Having said that, their breads and pastries were delightful, from the regular dinner rolls to the croissants, danish pastries, cinnamon rolls, pudding, and chocolate desserts. I think this area is their strength. The daily Chocolate Hour is also something to look forward to for light afternoon snacks/desserts. Since the place is secluded, you’ll have plenty of “me” time from people watching, swimming, hanging out at the Bar, meeting and engaging in small talks with other solo travelers. It’s another way to enjoy Boracay.
