Fantastic resort for families”
Large scale resort, but not crowded that you have to compete for facilities and space. Adjoining mall is very convenient, if you want food options other than the hotel restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well thought out for families with young children. The spa was also very competent...with a price that not cheap of course, but still reasonable for the facilities that you get. Minor quibble would probably be only the food during breakfast and the pool area. It wasn’t bad, but was wasn’t great either. Over-all, experience as really excellent, especially with the staff willing to help out and really show genuine interest to engage and entertain the kids. Will come back for sure!

Best Hotel For Family with Kids & Toddler”
This based on our experience. I stay here with my family. We asked the info from the hotel IG and they direct us to the Whatsapp account. But the thing is, the ig DM admin way much fast respon than te WA admin. Thankfully the thing changed in the next day because we contact the hotel through the WA and yes they doing better job than the day before. Day we arrive in the hotel, when we drop our stuff, no staff is welcoming. To put our stuff by ourselves is ok, but we are the guest that coming to the hotel. We need to be directing specially we bring our kids. Kind of dissappointed. And as the guest, we say hello first than one of the staff. This is not a hospitality. My lecture when i was in college told me that. How busy you are, when you are at work, its time to put your smile on as always. And then i go to park my car un the basement. There a staff member name JANA. From 4 meters away he already greets me with a very warm welcome. Oke this is hospitality. As we wait for our room ready, the FO told us that we can wait in the kids club. The staff of the kids club was superbly friendly. The FO name Ms. Wulan, although little bit look (maybe because of the hustle) confused, but she doing a very good job and gave us full information abut the hotel. She knew how to handle the guest very well. And the Concierge, Mr. NGURAH, who delivered our stuff, was a very nice person. Big smile as always, which is nice specially when your job is handling heavy luggage. Two thumbs up. When we are at the pool, the pool attendant doing their job very well. They follow the ground rules, specially when there are kids. Yes, safety first and nailed it. Day 2. We finally extend our stay because the kids didnt want to go home. The FO staff i guess the neme is Jeka, who registered us very helpful. Nice smile, and handle very well eventhough theres a que. The breakfast is mini buffet and we love the menu. I have great time here. The pool is huge and amazing! Staff were nice, they even upgrade my room to be junior suite. Very good gesture. The room is clean spotless also. Walking to the beach is a bit distance, but they have their own pathways. Some small shops and restaurants in their complex so if you bored with hotel's food, you may try the other options.

stay at movenpick at the last day on Bali, gives a wonderfull ending for our vacation this time, the bed was very comfty, the breakfast was superb, with many variety, kids club was a great place for the kids to play and for the parents to be alone for some time, chocolate time in the afternoon was also good, loved by us all, the pool have some floaties to play with, and the life guard was always on station in pool working hour, the only down side was the direction of the treadmill in the gym, it was facing outside the gym so it was very bright running on the treadmill. Great 4 night stay at this hotel. Excellent service and friendly staff. Special thanks to Front desk staff Mila for the smooth check in and concierge staff for the attentiveness to our special request to use to freezer for baby food and transport. Wide spread of buffet breakfast but the food (local and western) taste is inconsistent between days. However the pastries are very tasty. Overall a great stay and will recommend for families with children as this hotel has great staff and fantastic facilities for children.

A very cozy hotel ”
We had a great stay in Movenpick. It is a brand new hotel located in Jimbaran area. The room is very comfortable and homey. The pool is amazing especially if you have kids with you. Breakfast options are a lot. It adjuncts to a small mall with some eateries options. The downside: it does not have private beach access.

I was travelling with my two young boys, spent 2 nights at Movenpick. The boys loved the kids club, while mom having a spa at Arkipela. Then, we spent our time at the swimming pools, not to miss happy hour cocktails from 3-6pm. Then, we walked to the beach to watch the sun set. Perfect way to end the day before heading back to the airport the next morning. Definitely will come back. Service was very friendly too, thank you Bli Ngurah for helping us with our luggages.

Stayed here as the hotel has amenities for the kids and didn't fail! The customer service is top notch and the staff are experienced handling the kids. Got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony where one could just walk to the pool! The birthday surprise was a nice touch! The stretch of eateries beside the hotel is very convenient. There's Tanamera coffee, Gaya ice cream, dough darlings and many more!

Our stay at Movenpick was great. The cabana is nice, the pools have variety for adults and children. The hotel is really suitable for family with childrens. The kids definitely love it. The staff were kind enough to offer us kove to king bed mattress when we requested it after checked in. Next to hotel is Samasta retail offers plenty of delicious food to choose without having to leave the hotel. The beach is just a shortwalk from hotel backyard.
