Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness is okay. However, there is only one bathroom (connecting bathroom) for 10 guest suites, which is inconvenient for big group traveller. Overall, everything is fine.

Superb location but tired and worn out apartment ”
You definitely will not be able to find a 3 bedroom apartment at this location for this price. Right across from Pavillion. Convenience I gave full stars. The apartment could have been better if they bothered to fix things which are broken (shelf in toilet) or damaged (sofa has torn upholstery). Cutlery was odd. Lots of forks, about 7 spoons and maybe 2-3 teaspoons. But again, the location was fantastic

Location - very good Cleanliness - poor.. One Toilet was not working properly. The toilet condition was also poor. No proper dressing table in each room. laundry room was messy. refigerator also with lot of stains. We couldn’t borrow the trolley to bring our baggage to the lobby as it is a private property. Lobby at level 5 - not suitable to bring old parents with wheelchair.

for the penthouse there stated 5 rooms but actually only 3 rooms and the other 2 rooms are not the real room and without the door, just cover by curtain and 1 room is at the kitchen. 1 of the bathroom is without the hot water. the penthouse condition is bad .

The apartment is in a very bad condition. Water leaking from the toilet bowl, water leaking from the aircondition unit. TV programmes not working. Very very disappointed.
