The unit is spacious with 3 rooms, suitable for 3 small families for a weekend getaway or gathering. Highest ceiling ever, clean design, coldest aircond units. Recommended with excellent staff manning the premise. 5 stars.

This building have full facilities, securities, parking lot and surrounded by shops for online delivery. I find it awesome for my work mood stay. Agent are friendly. U able to contact them thru whatsapp and they able reply to ur enquiry asap. My booked room was clean, except their pillow n cushion. I belief this issue have come to their attention and look forward for fluffy pillow in my next stay! Cant wait! I love their toilet. Got water heater, Clean and functioning. I think their room light is a bit dim. they put washing machine near aircond fan... which is out side of the room.. thus its a bit dirty ... i wonder why they not put it inside the room ...they also provide items that i requested in agoda, which is hair dryer. Tq. Thus, my review is.. its awesome place to stay for working during this pkp .

Home stay”
This place is just a basic homestay with minimal in house facility. Cleanliness is not up to the standard : dusty and hairs on the floor when check in, bathroom floor dirty and mouldy, bed sheet not sparkling white, bathroom door lock broken and many other unsatisfactory issue. The only consolation to stay at this place is the location and the spacious room.

We came with young children. No microwave and the dishes are still wet when we enter the place. Unsuitable placing of big air-cond in master bedroom and small air-cond at the living hall. No safety bar/protection for young children at the staircase.

Price is cheaper bcoz we book last minute. However cleanliness need to be improved. There lots of dust n hair underneath the sofa bed. Pls also change the kettle as it cannot be use anymore (dirty inside). The rest all ok, toilet is cleaned.

It is like a big studio with 3 beds. Aircon not functioning correctly, it exploded and showered us with ice at late night. The bathroom door is terrible, it takes 5 minutes to open or close One weird thing, I extended my stay, and suddenly the room service opened the door the next day with out any notice, which was super bad. The owner could not handle me as a customer, he just sent a silly apologize and he did not offer anything, he also ignore my following messages
