perfect location and helpful staffs”

location is perfect, just opposite Santa Lucia train station. location is very easy to walk around in Venice. staffs are very helpful, they even borrowed us a wheelchair free of charge for my friend who twisted his leg. breakfast is deliclous, coffee are great. they gave me a room with canal view. love the experience staying here.

Nice hotel, exceptional staff, great location”

Everything in Venice is expensive, so it's difficult to find a good deal. This hotel is the best we could find, and I'm very happy with the quaint, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient. I very much recommend this hotel.

Five star service!”

Would stay here again. Got the canal view upgrade with balcony. Balcony is standing room only but view was worth the upgrade to me. Every staff member offered excellent service. They treated us like royalty/ family!

Great location and quaint little place”

This hotel is in a great location. It is just across the train station. But you must carry your bags across a bridge/ steps. The hotel staff are very friendly. I had 2 rooms. Nice room(s)- very clean. The shower is not strong. Also the water temperature was hard to get consistent. But I am thinking this may be an issue in most places in Venice. Also there is no complimentary water in room. There was no kettle and coffee/ tea in room either. Again, this could be the practice in Venice. But these are little things that make a difference. The breakfast is not great. Very limited choice. But the coffee was good. Given the price paid, I was expecting a little more.

Extremely convenient if arriving by train or bus from airport. About a 30 minute walk to St. Marks. Charming hotel with very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Wonderful stay in Venice ”

Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful hotel. The hotel is across from the bus/train station which makes it very convenient when lugging luggage around (only one bridge to drag luggage over). And if you don’t want to drag your luggage there are porters that will cart it for you at 5 euros per bag. It’s also very convenient to the cruise port. The morning breakfast and cappuccino was delicious. The staff are wonderful.....super friendly.

Absolute lovely place. Stayed only 1 nights but were comfortable and best location. Convenient area for all the tourist attraction. Right next to the train station, bus stop to the airport. Will definitely stay again, if in Venice.

Old and small hotel but the location is great.”

Probably all the hotel in Venice is small and in old buildings. As there are many canals and the bridges are arch shape for the boats to go under, it is not a place to bring large bags. While searching for hotel in Venice, this came in as #1 and since it is near to the train station and affordable, we chose this. The room is old, but still comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I believe that I will stay in this hotel again if I return.

Lovely room with a great view! ”

My husband and I got upgraded to a room with fantastic views of the canal because we were on our honeymoon! The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was delightful as well. Located along the main canal, opposite the main train station, getting to and from the hotel (even with luggages) was no problem at all! Highly recommended :)

Wonderful staff and location”

The location of this beautiful boutique hotel is perfect! It's right across from the train station, or just a five minute walk from the bus station, so you don't have to travel too far to get there. We had no issues with noise at night so sleeping was not a problem. The staff was very nice and helpful. We came to Venice for a two night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff put an amazing cake in our room with a signed card from the staff. It was delicious! The hotel also offers a free tour to the Murano Glass Factory. That was a really cool process to see. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Old Hotel in Good Travel Location”

Right next to the train station and bus station makes it easy for travel. Easy to do the cases and walk but consequent a long way from the main attractions. Clean hotel with nice rooms and good bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Simple but extensive breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel in Venice!”

We arrived by train at 5.30am, and were glad that Peter was at the hotel to receive us (so we could avoid the cold altogether). Everything about this hotel is great -- the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast. We booked 1 room with a view of the grand canal, and another standard room. Both exceeded our expectations and were comfortable. The hotel also arranged a nice trip for us to Murano island to learn more about Murano glass for free. It was wonderful. Will definitely choose to stay here when I visit Venice again!

Location easy to get to by bus from airport. Near train station n river taxi station. For a first time visitor to Venice, most important is the great friendly service from every of the staff member, ever ready with offering information. Room is not huge but spacious for 2 pax and is clean and comfy. Definite will return to stay if in the city again.

Excellent service oriented hotel”

Thumbs up for the remarkable service from the hotel frontdesk and management. The most friendly and warm I've encountered in the whole of Italy. Hotel location is good if you consider it right across the canal from the train station, but a long long walk to St Mark Square unless you are taking water taxi. Breakfast is pretty good too. Hotel comfort was great too. Didn't get a canal view room but it's still not bad

love the location of this hotel, which is right across the train station (just 3 minutes walk). saves you the trouble of lugging your luggage through the winding and confusing streets of venice to look for your hotel. great service too, reception staff are really helpful. love the room as well, which has the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Excellent hotel”

The staffs here are so nice and helpful. The location is great as it is opposite to the Venice train station, just cross the bridge. Although it is 3 stars hotel, the hotel is clean and the room is very comfortable, much better than the 4 stars hotel I lived in the other day. I stayed in Venice for 2 days, and this hotel was full on the other day, otherwise I must definitely book this hotel for 2 days, it is highly recommended for their good services, good location and comfortable room. With a lovely breakfast in the morning, will make your journey much more fruitful.

Upon checked in they offered to an upgrade to their suite for the same price. Nice gesture. This hotel provided free tour to murano island. Breakfast 'was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was the best. Just across the train station.
