Bad experience overall”

Location is far away from the city centre, room looks old and not well maintained, shower is broken and no maintenance of the bathroom at all causing water to splash on the whole bathroom after a bath. Hairdryer is pathetic as you can only feel the gentlest breeze at most. Beds are bad and the room ventilation is almost none existence as it doesn’t allow any sort of air conditioning. (The window can just tilt a little, no air is allowed into the room.)

You will need a taxi or rental car especially on Sundays since location is outside of Pisa. Bus is nearby but you must change buses at train station for downtown and most sights. Clean facility and helpful staff. Breakfast available. ATMs nearby.

Poor information from the Reception”

We booked during the weekend as we checked in we were not informed of the public transportation schedule. Although it is only 20min by bus to Pisa center, but the bus is not available after 8pm and NO BUS during Sundays. Also, the bed linens has a smell, as if it was not change or been wash for the longest time.

Good location just out side Pisa”

A pleasant hotel just outside the city of Pisa, the Accademia Palace is very near the Airport. Good sized rooms. Overall an excellent value for money and the staff was friendly with good service. A good sized outdoor swimming pool, which was very nice on the hot summer days in the Chianti region TV with BBC and CNN English programming. WIFI internet is available in room for more than one computer if necessary, free. Free parking is also available provided. We would definitely stay again.

Good price/quality hotel, modern building, ok breakfast, including some hot meals, not just plain continental. A bit hard to reach if you are not with a car. Free wi-fi and very friendly staff. Overall good impression.

Not great ”

We only booked here for 2 nights, thankfully no more. The staff were quite rude & unprofessional. The rooms are tiny, the shower is ultra tiny & the rooms are hot - no cooling available or at least it didn’t work. We only stayed here because it was close to the train station.. that’s the only positive along with the breakfast provided... that was ok!

It’s on an industrial estate was told only €10 for taxi to airport it cost €18 nearly double €17 into Pisa centre to a restaurant to eat and back you don’t save anything by booking this hotel taxis cost more than the hotel and they are definitely neede

Nice staff”

It's a kind of mistake booking this hotel as it's in the opposite direction of city center but we end up finding it a nice place though. Breakfast area is small but clean, food seems not so much but delicious, staff seems not many but very nice. Standard room but clean, the only problem we had is water was running too slow for the bath tub and the transportation to the train station, by taxi costs you 15-20€, it depends as well on which day you take and if you have luggages.

Not for holiday but for one night transit stay”

THe hotel is in very sad surroundings and was hard to locate since the name on the front of the building was not the name that we had on our voucher. We were expecting to stay at another 4 star hotel, but when we arrived we found a sign saying BandB Pisa and only 3 stars... That's a bit confusing! However the 3 stars are more reasonable than 4, but the price was low and we only stayed one night so it was okay. Very telling that the room actually had a jacuzzi in the bathroom - but it didn't work... The dinner was terrible compared to both price and standard of Italy but the pool was fine. Simple breakfast buffet matching the low standard. Staff was nice, polite and service minded. Again: Low price and you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel, close to airport, 4 km to city center”

we chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and we were leaving at 4 am. if you have more time in pisa, a hotel closer to the city center would propably be better. however, there is a bus stop 2 min from the hotel, and taxi to city center is about 10-15 euro.

big & clean room and soft bed, the decoration and furniture is at 4 star hotel standard, the only lackless is location, it's a little be far away from center and it is very unconvenient if you do not drive a car. Most important, the hotel address is not exactly right as its street name, should be updated.

In general goog for price. my personel feeling is not I did not get the quality of a 4 star hotel. break fast is poor. not available food at most of the time at 8 am or 10am most of the cooked food plats like ham egg were empty. tee and coffy too. service of waitors was below avrage.anyway avrage or less.
