Place was nice, clean. Staffs were very helpful. I was happy with my experience.

Nice facilities”

Nice room facilities. The welcome drink in lobby is refreshing and the room is large and comfortable. The only thing I can criticize is that I can hear people chatting in next bathroom from my bathroom. The swimming pool is just a small pool for around 7 people. Don't expect too much. 10min on foot to the train station but 30min on foot to city centre.

Close enough to train station that you can walk. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Liked the breakfast. About a 20 -25 minute walk to cathedral & Plaza España & María Luisa Park.

early check in possible at no cost, so very enjoyable but it's only when we arrived to the room that we saw that we had a room with twin beds instead of double bed... (the desk said it5 was becvause we did an early check in...) Fortunately, the staff fixed this when we came back in the early evening 20min walk to downtown clean pool in the shadow at the end of the day

Near train station, spacious and clean; but at least 20mins walk to main town attractions; suggest hiring a bicycle to get around the city as it is bicycle friendly

Fair but expensive”

Fairly good hotel. The room price was a bit expensive when we stayed there. The standard room are mostly located on the street side, which can get noisy in the early morning if you kept the window open at night. The corridor floors are very reverberant and the door provides absolutely no isolation from the sound. You get to hear are the guests whereabouts. No a place to get a good rest.

An Unexpected Level of comfort in Seville”

Our stay was excellent. We had booked it through the internet at a relatively low rate, looking for just two qualifications -- that it should have good internet, and that it should be relatively easy to reach from the airport. We were happy to be positively surprised and to get a large room, perfectly clean and well maintained, a big bathroom with all necessary amenities, comfortable beds.

Not really a 4* Hotel”

Payed about 86 euro/night/room incl. breakfast which is too much for this location in december. Rated as a 4* hotel, in reality it is a mediocre 3* hotel. Matrasses and pillows are of really poor quality, rooms and to a lesser extent bathrooms are in need of a make-over. Rooms are very noisy. Breakfast is only just 4* The hotel cafetaria had the nerve to serve me a Ceasar salad consisting of salad,croutons and a blob of mayonaise with mackerel!? in it. This hotel and its staff fell asleep 15 years ago...

Nice hotel for a quick overnight stopover in madrid. One metro stop from the airport and short walk to the hotel from the metro.

サッカーの国王杯の試合の観戦のため、宿泊。部屋も綺麗で快適でした。シャワーの水圧は少し弱かったこと以外は星5つ。 追加料金ですが朝食バイキングも充実していて是非おすすめです。 フロントの方の対応も良かったです。

市内中心部へのアクセス”

市内中心部およびセビリア駅へは、ホテルから歩いてかなり離れており、市内観光をするにはアクセス面で不便な思いをしましたので、時間的余裕のない旅行者にはすすめられません。また、近くに適当なレストランもなかったことも付け加えておきます。
