A good option for a few nights in the city”

Value for money - excellent! Well located, nice rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. I've spent many nights in Sofia in multiple hotels over the past few years and I liked this hotel very much. If you don't need a 5 stars hotel - this is a great option!

Centrally located hotel. Clean spacious room with fantastic shower. Friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, strong WiFi. Guests get to utilise hot tub/sauna for free.

Amazing breakfast, one of the best locations you could get in this not so big city. The check-in process pissed me off a bit due to misunderstanding cause by the lady's thick accent. Otherwise, it's quite a nice stay. I would come back to stay again if given the chance.

Great Staff and Location”

I will start by saying I was a bit disappointed when we arrived. I might expected something much more when I compered to other hotels from other countries. But the Staff and Location are amazing! Very very helpful and the location makes it easier to navigate around the city center. I can't compare to other hotels in Sofia but you should consider this hotel in your options.

OK hotel, with convenient location”

The hotel is ok. Nothing superb, just good location and spacious rooms. In pros, you can also add that the breakfast is good and the staff kind. In cons, nobody really cared whether you are entering or leaving the hotel, the spa was a joke and the automated emails sent by the hotel were a huge spam.

Great hotel, great location”

Stuff is always willing to help, location is wonderful, excellent breakfast, the room as quite and very clean. The only slight minus for some of the people, is that the bathroom door is made of white glass and therefore its light is not isolated from the room's bed.

very noisy erea it was hard to sleep at nigth because the hotel is on main street”

the hotel is located very near to shopping erea and good restaurants but if you are looking to sleep good it was not working for us/ our room was located next to the side of the main street and it was too noisy/ we are to be blame for not asking the hotel for another room- it migth be better

Great hotel and location”

Had a fab time at this hotel. The location was great, about 5 min walk to the main promenade of restaraunts and shops. A metro station was also 5 mins away which provided an easy transfer to the airport. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were comfortable. Before you actually travel the hotel sends you a link to a secure booking area where you can send requests and choose a particular room, room 701 is a good choice as you have no neighbours either side. We had breakfast twice, basic but plenty of choice. We paid 5 lev to have it delivered to the room one morning also which was great value for money. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Excellent hotel”

We stayed here for 4 days in January. The hotel appears to have had a recent refurbishment. We found everything to be clean and well a presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of breakfast items. Above average for a standard hotel. There's a sauna and jacuzzi too which is an nice benefit! The hotel is like the name suggests... central! Facing the hotel front, go right then turn first left. Walk 600 yards ish to the end of the road and that''s Vitosha, the main shopping street. Would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again :-)

The Hotel was clean The staff was helpful The location is near some museums but a bit far from Nevske Cathedral. A short taxi ride though The Facilities overall was new a clean
