Wonderful land and locaton beautiful for my family”

I really expert and wonderful, my babies really enjoyable and we stayed 1 more nigt but disappoint not enough available becasue we booked by agoda only 5 days but we loved thert will extend more very nice place and comfortable

The worst hotel experience I have ever had !!!.”

Checked in and the room I was given had serious mould on the ceilings. I don’t mean a few marks I mean unhealthy. Reception gave me a different room to check into. This room had not been cleaned from the previous occupant, bins full, towels strewn everywhere, bed was filthy etc etc. I went back to reception and was told it would be cleaned in the next hour or so. I trusted this to be okay and went out for the day. I came back at 7 pm to find the room in the same state. Quite clearly nobody cares. I spent the next hour trying to find someone who could help as everyone at reception had left. Eventually at around 9 pm someone found me a room that was still in poor condition and not very clean but I didn’t have much Choice. On check out all I got was a empty sorry. The beach is nice that’s it. This hotel is in a real state and I hear it’s in the process of renovation that is badly needed, the toilets by the pool were leaking everywhere, a lot of hazards around the resort also. I would rather sleep in the bushes than stay here again. It’s like Faulty towers without the humour. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!

The hotel is old and, although, it does not offer an unpleasant experience please be aware that more than half of the services they say they offer are not true. There are no restaurants by the beach neither bar or poolside bar. The only restaurant near the lobby only offers a very basic breakfast but it is closed for lunch and dinner. Perhaps, that´s what they offer as "coffee shop". There are no Room and laundry services either. Beside that, the staff is nice and the beach is ok. The rooms were cleaned everyday. It is also located in an area with many restaurants and shops around (but still the resort should not advertise something that they do not offer).

Sangat Hebat”

We were so lucky to have this hotel for our stay. The hotel is safe and quite easy to find. The room had enough space for 5 of us with the separated room for my kids, That was great. the pool bar was also great, We can have a very delicious food with a payable price.The hotel got a private beach which made our family really enjoy. So I strongly recommend this hotel to all traveler, especially with kids. One more thing we would like to say thanks to the hotel reception staff who gave us such a warmly welcome and kindly assist. We will give this hotel 5 stars, thanya

Great resort”

Lovely resort great pool 10m from the beach close to lots of restaurants and shops in Kae bay food and drink good prices at the bar will come back next year bathroom was very old but then if it was all new price would be more so we didn't care as it was a great location for beach and pool

Ok”

The hotel is perfectly placed a shory walk from the bars and resturants in the area and right on the beach. The stagf dont speak the best english but will still go out of there way to help you. The rooms were a slight disappointment being slightly run down and not maintained this is a common theme in asia and a real shame as the place could have been prefect! For a budget stay right on the beach however, this place is perfect!

Nice place and nice location”

Staff was great and helpful and pool and out areas was really nice. But we had issues with rooms first room was so hot to sleep because AC didint work. They try to repair that but they dididnt succeed with that. Next room what we got in this hotel AC worked but we had issues with toilets. Probably drains was stucked. Hope these issues are temporary issues.

Rooms in need of renovation ASAP”

I can only think three good things about this hotel and one is the location second is that it's on the beach and third is it's really cheap resort. There are awful long list of minor issues though. Rooms are old, every furniture is basically broken, bed is springy, sheets dirty and have holes in them, tv is old and small CRT but signal is too weak to watch anyway, small bathroom without ventilation and weak shower water pressure, not many beach chairs, rocky beach unless you walk to far right near another hotel, pool sometimes not cleaned until midday. Sure it was peaceful without many people at all and spend 2 weeks there. It's alright if you don't mind the room too much.

Perfect location ,poor rooms”

This hotel is in need of a serious update the rooms are tired and the bathrooms are worn but at the price we paid for a fabulous beach location made up for it Would stay there again but try to look at the rooms first as some are better than others.

Insect nests under the pillow and all over the floor. We arrive late and tired when we see all that ask for another room they said that can't not because it's to late. So I have to make pictures and go to the front desk and ask them if they can sleep there. I also have to call Agoda and sent and email with the pictures. And finally they change the room. The breakfast with ants all over the food. I have pictures of everything so have Agoda.

Beautiful environment spoiled by poor management”

We arrived at 5pm. The room was not ready (hadn't been prepared on time). The toilets were stuck and we were told we couldn't use them "fully". The housekeeping staff were lovely but management team was useless. They couldn't answer any question and weren't helpful at all. The wifi was not working. The garbage truck came in the middle of the night (noisy!), the food at lunch time was awfully slow! The pool was nice, as was the sea side (although lots of rocks in the sea at that place). From talking around in various shops, I understood the owners are not spending any money on renovation. In fact, they are not spending money on anything. What a pity to spoil such a great location!

Very nice hotel for your vacation”

my wife and I went to korh-chang for our friend's wedding. we booked a room for one night, because we're not quite sure with the hotel. but impressive with the garden and beach, we extends our stay with this hotel

Very relaxing. It was so close to the sea!”

I really enjoyed my stay. It was so relaxing. If you want nightlife don't stay here...this is pure chill out and do nothing territory. There are local shops, restaurants and massage places, but the vibe is chilled and not in the center of the island. Ideal for couples or travellers wanting some tranquility by the ocean.

Really nice”

Really nice stay, service minded staff, that goes fare to help you. Can recommend this Chang Park. Only downside to Koh Chang, are the russian turists starting to invade the island, as they (in general) have no or little respect for the Thai-culture and Thai-people

The surroundings are very nice among pretty trees ”

We really enjoyed experiencing staying in a bungleow. However, it would be nice to have a chair in the room to sit on instead of only the bed. Also, there were no chairs to sit by the pool and not enough at the beach.

nice resort”

we booked a double bed room, and the room that was given was a twin room. went to reception and made a claim, after talking with someone of agoda, the recepcionist, was very kind, and decided to give us an upgrade, for the only double bed room he had, wich was first line to the beach. very nice stay, would return, no doubt!

so good we booked an extra night! the resort is beauiful, we stayed in the basic bungalows , which were fine, with air con and a fridge, the grander bungalows and houses looked amazing. the staff were all lovely, beach was beauiful with plenty of sunbeds and sunshades. close to 7/ 11 for stocking up on supplies

Great location on the beach”

I was changed to a room when I arrived and am glad that I was. The standard bungalows don't look like much so I would take heed of other people's comments on this site. First off, the rooms are very standard. They are not like most of the rooms that I have had in Thailand with traditional Thai decorations. There are no decorations and everything is white. That being said, the beds are ok and there is a fridge. The shower leaves something to be desired but I think that is a common problem in most places. Breakfast is good and the staff is wonderful and friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging trips. The pool is good and there is a lovely strip of beach to relax on. I suggest getting there early if you want to secure a lounger. The island is easy to get around and this is a central spot to explore other parts of the island. I would stay at this location again.

Needs updating badly”

Staff unfriendly and keep you waiting ( or worse forget your order) especially at the beach bar. Bungalow rooms need bulldozing. They come complete with mosquito nets to keep the array of bugs and mould hanging on the ceilings dropping on you.

friendly staff and nice beach”

the room is only ok .big clean but no hot water,and no tooth brush. but staff were all very friendly with big smile !! and the beach is so nice,good place to relax. around the resort have the things u need,like restaurant,bar,seven eleven..but of course not as much as in white sand beach.
