    New refurbish hotel”

    All good about the accommodation. However, had bad experience during breakfast buffet. Breakfast hours is 7am-10am. However when we arrived at 7.30am, food was not ready. Came back at 8.30am, food finished! When asked staff, they just say, food finish, cant do anything. No refill. Very sad & unhappy with breakfast issue

    Recommended for family/solo traveller whenever in Muar district. Room was spacious and clean. Eating places is easily in walking distance. The only setback is the parking space. A bit cramp and the exit / entrance parking is a bit tight. Overall I'm quiet satisfied and highly recommended for a short stint in Muar.

    Bad Experience!”

    The stated check in time was 3pm, we got to the hotel at 4pm. There was only 1 person at the front desk, he (by the name Amir) was taking a bit of time processing our check in. We had a total of 5 rooms for 2 nights. We then proceeded to our rooms, surprise to find 3 out of 5 rooms hadn't been clean for occupancy. Went to Amir, and he gave me a change of rooms (saying it is an upgrade for the inconveniences), we went back to our original rooms, got our stuff and proceeded to the new room, only to find 2 out of the 3 replacement was again not ready for occupancy. Went back to Amir and told him to resolve the problem as we had to leave the hotel for our errands. When we return at night, we were assigned back to our original room (according to Amir it was as per the manager's instruction) saying that our problem was needed to be fixed by just cleaning the room. This time i got really annoyed and asked what about the inconveniences caused, but Amir could not answer.

    Great”

    Pros: Large bedroom and bathroom. Very comfort pillow and mattress. Delicious breakfast...the meal from Little Muar Cafe downstairs I guessed. Cons: Wait a bit longer for top up/refill the meal during breakfast. No creamer/milk for coffee and tea during breakfast. No lift straight to the parking lot at basement, need to use stairs. The blanket got stain/black mold.

    Excelent location but luggage service need to improve.”

    Very strategic location just beside uptown and share building with shopping complex. Need to improve luggage service. Staff avaliable and not busy but not serve guest nor event ask to help and just sitting play hphone. How hotel standard operation let guest load their own luggage trough stairs to parking basemen. Oh! Lift direct from room to hotel are not avaliable. Must use stairs from basemen to ground floor. Imagine with young childrens and load your own luggage up and down use stairs and busy situation near shopping complex. Luggage service must close supervised.

    Went there for an event by HPSF Muar.Food quality is very average, late top up upon depleting but i noted the hotel manpower was insufficient to handle a 200++ event especially during the tea/ lunch break.

    Overall okay except ...”

    Good and easy-to-find location. Clean and spacious room. The only issue is the food provided during breakfast is insufficient and it was only 7.30-ish am (and also around 9.00-ish am when my friends went there)? Had to wait for new batches of food to be prepared and delivered to the serving area. Used plates were still left on the tables and to get a table we had to move the used plates ourselves elsewhere. Hopefully can improve on this in the future. Thank you.

    Short stay in Muar”

    For the price, was disappointed with the hotel. Rooms are spacious but condition was not as expected. Bed linen were not properly cleaned, ie had stained marks, and there was no house keeping during my 2 nights stay. There was a buzzing sound in the room, upon complaining external reason was given, not sure it was the room or my luck. Breakfast started late and nothing much, not sure that was standard or maybe because of festive season and not well plan staffing issues.

    Not too bad but need improvement”

    The staff are professional,helpful and nice,comfort spacious room with clean towels and blankets.However, the facilities in the hotel should be improved.The phone line in the room was not functioning well, as well as the heater in the bathroom. It will be better to have sufficient teaspoons, toothbrushes and toothpastes supplied. Plus, it will be great to have hot milk/milo served, jam/butter for toast bread, prompt refilled breakfast, with fresh salads and fruits provided , to fulfill the qualifications as a 3 star hotel.Thank you very much.

    Great Location”

    Great Location & attached to a Mall. A new restaurant- Little Muar at the lobby (used to be). Staffs are friendly. Actually we checkout 1hour late and no charged applied 😉 Our suggestion: 1. Complimentary breakfast - buffet breakfast not up to the standard. During my stay, they only served bihun goreng, nasik lemak, karipap, fruits and drinks. Thats it. Please provide various of food which represent Muar itself such as Mee Bandung Muar, lontong, mee siput etc. 👌🏻

    One of the Better Hotels in Muar”

    I have stayed in many hotels in Muar and this is one of the better ones. One great plus point for it is it is just above Wetex Parade, so extremely convenient for food and shopping. It also has a bathtub which is nice. Things that can be improved on are the hygiene, providing more facilities such as pool and gym, and much better breakfast (right now it is only nasi lemak and bread). It is a bit of a hassle to get from the hotel to the basement car park with luggage, and you always have to stop at the first floor to get a car park voucher before going to the car park. The receptionist was not a very amicable person but he does his job.

    1) Not enough car park. 2) I stay for four night and I request for 4 free parking ticket ( 1 ticket per day )but the hotel ask me to get it every day. It is very un-convenience, I need to go lobby floor ( located at first floor) and then take lift to ground floor and use staircase to go to basement parking.

    New paint,new bed & pillow, good location. Cons: Lobby is on 1st floor,make sure to stop by to get free parking receipt before heading out. Stairs from parking to G Floor, hassle if with kids,stroller and luggage. Price is without breakfast. It seems that they carry different size of Executive Suites(Same price). Make sure recheck prior checking in.
