Its nice hotel with spacious room, clean & tidy. The location is walking distance from bus stop as well as to the beach. That location is quiet and dont have so many restaurants, shop near by.

Boleh diterima”

The hotel is so far away from SBB Geneve. Staff are a bit cool. The room is big, it includes kitchen but the two cooking stoves don't work. Breakfast is terrible, we have no choices.

Disappointing ”

I am very disappointed by choosing this as one of the hotel for my road trip. Very Expensive compared to the others but NOT worth the price. We got to the hotel from France at midnight and there was no parking. We parked a bit further and then checked in the hotel no air conditioning. The rooms were very hot. The guy in the reception was helpful by giving us another fan but we still could NOT sleep at all. The bathroom had broken tiles. No complementary water or even a kettle to make coffee. In the morning breakfast was not that great bear minimum . Got to the reception to check out and asked about where to buy the “Vignette” the lady was very rude. Overall very bad experience will not recommend even to my enemy. This is the second time I have booked with agoda both bad experience. Never again.

Very close to public transfortation, tidy, and kitchen is equipped. So, it has good price/performance than other hotels with similar prices

Dangerous”

The hotel is in a nice location, but the room facilities were dangerous and the staff is a mixed bag. The dining room staff and the front desk staff when we left were very nice. The front desk staff when we checked in was borderline rude. But our main concern with the hotel was how dangerous the room itself was. One of our lamps had a cord so badly frayed the wires were showing and the lamp would only stay on if the cord was held a certain way. (We unplugged that one!) The shower was an absolute disaster. The shower head holder did NOT hold the shower head once the water was turned on. The shower head went flying all over the place. It fell on my head and on my foot; my mother and sister were also attacked by it trying to shower. If these things were fixed, the hotel would be a very nice place to stay.

Far from train station”

Location was okay since it's far from the train station. Had to walk 20 mins in the rain to get to the hotel. Staff was okay, not as friendly. Overall experience was okay.

was on a business trip trip to Geneva the hotel is close to main train station.there are many restaurants around i had a very early train to Paris and checked out 0530am.they prepared breakfast take away in the morning which was not expected.appreciate their services

Nice Location”

The hotel location is perfect, only 5 mins walking distance to the lake and surrounded by few trams/bus stop. The room is nice, quite spacious, but no air conditioner. They give a fan but in summer it is not enough.

always looking for a good place to stay when coming to Geneva, I discovered the Drake Longchamp and it was a very good surprise I have to say. For sure I will stay there again next time I ll be around. very friendly staff and professional. Facilities : no swimming pool, no gym

It was better than I anticipated. I booked through Agoda and I got an upgrade :) I wish they could add a microwave in the kitchen. That would be really helpful.

Good business hotel in Geneva”

The hotel is located two blocks from the lake and 20 minutes out of the city center, but walking distance from the train station. The breakfast buffet is reasonable and available early. Canrecommend the hotel as it offers value for money.

Crappy hotel. Stay far away. ”

It was really bad, for the price I paid! No air conditioning, no parking, no cooked breakfast food, no international adaptor. For the same price, you can get another hotel with at least the very basics.
